Rule Of Law: An authoritative legal doctrine, principle, or precept applied to the facts of an appropriate case (adopting the rule of law that is most persuasive in light of precedent, reason and policy - Wright v. Wright, 904 P.2d 403 (1995))

Rooms lighting up like day, the thunderstorm outside was most obviously growing. It was Hurricane season, and the eastern states were known to being exposed to such brutality by the weather-gods, who ever they may be. Ironically, it could have been said that the gathering clouds, were somewhat similar to the growing storm, in the Amercian political scene. This smaller, yet crowded island was a growing hotbed of scandel, and the people were becoming so much more thirsty than being smaller and insignificants of the United States. Independance, was on the agenda, and despite the gathering storm outside, men met in unity today out of the flooding rain to discuss the situation.

Twelve in total, most secret men gathered today. Kept warm within their designer coats, they were obviously members of the upper society of this fair island. If recognised, people would truly understand the gravity and meaning of this situation, for the identities of these pillars of society held great recognition. Judges, were these men, and they had come to discuss one solution to the overall disagreement with the United States of America. They wanted Independance, and rulingship under the leading man, Judge Manifesto. And he, was probably greater than them all.

Famous in society for being so fair, he would pave a new way, away from fallen democracy and into a new regime, where Rule of Law governed more than the judges themselves. Twelve districts, and each being headed by these twelve men, each would work in collaboration to build a greater future than the one perhaps the Washington government had in mind. Liberty was their savior, and dreams such as these had long died in the older, more absolute, United States of America. Yes, it was time for something new, and although so much smaller today than tommorow, a future could begin today. Perhaps, under the leadership, of Judge Manifesto.
