OOC: Cool stuff! But are you actually going to rp in this thread or is it a storefront?

lost my previous post.

Sounds a little to big. Even the Grand Princess, the largest cruise liner currently afloat is less than a 1,000 ft long.

At over a mile in length it's turning radious would be unmanageable, and very likely to get it's 'back' broken in a major storm - wave troughs are keel breakers of the worse sorts.

and such a huge ship would never be able to get in to most harbors - again the turn radius, and the draft such a monster would need.

I think you could place the amenities you listed into a much smaller hull - take a look at The World (http://www.aboardtheworld.com/) if you want to see luxury on a cruise ship- and remember size past a certain point is meaningless, and most of those that can truly afford the best prefer their privacy.

Forgot to add - It's be great as an RP - in spring a young Empress's thoughts turn to romance and she darn well isn't going to find some sitting on the throne she didn't want in the first place.

Some good suggestions, thank you. However, it is designed to be out of sight of land almost continuesly, except to re-supply. That means I probably doesn't need to worry about turning that quickly. As to the size and storms, I'll think about that. As to the amenities, I added some more, thank you for the suggetions.

Oh, and this is supposed to be a character RP, so you can start it off if you want.
