Dear fellow nations of the international community,
The Holy Empire of Streleheim, formerly a very isolationist nation, is now stepping onto the international stage. For quite a while, we have stood back, watching international politics take place. We now wish to become a part of this global community of nations and would like to offer any and all nations a chance to commence diplomatic relations and the exchange of any embassies with us.
