In a grand act of international diplomacy, the Grand Patriarch Romeo Dimitri Vladimir Sicklecow announced today that Narg City will be the site of a pioneer embassy complex.

The complex currently has space for 20 embassies, but can be expanded for future needs. Each embassy is equipped with a full kitchen and cleaning staff, as well as state-of-the-art retinal scanner security systems and 50 armed Nargopian guards. All windows in the embassies are bulletproof. Each embassy has 12 floors; the top 8 floors are offices, the next two are conference rooms, the next is the cafeteria, and the bottom floor is the lobby. A bomb shelter is located in the basement of each building. The following is a map of the embassy complex:

I look forward to welcoming the Nargopian delegation. Unfortunately I have to inform you that the new facility, in which we hoped to house a number of embassies, as well as my shiny new office, is still not quite completed. I had received a revised completion time of 15 days. However the project has since been given a much higher priority on the strength of recent foreign interest. Consequently we hope to have the facility up and running much sooner.

In the mean time we have prepared an underused section of the Republican Palace as a temporary home for Ms. Straphne and her staff. I hope this is acceptable and you will be informed as soon as your new embassy is finished. I must apologize profusely for this inconvenience and I hope this will not adversely affect relations between our two countries.

Our only requirements are full territorial sovereignty over the embassy's land and building(s), and in cases where we cannot construct an aerial landing strip or port therein, we ask that all official diplomatic personnel be afforded diplomatic immunity while travelling from the embassy to or from any airport, seaport, etc. necessary to get to the embassy or motherland. Naturally, we automatically concede the same, unless you request otherwise.

We also ask that if you accept our offer, you tell us where you'd like your embassy.
