From henceforth, the High Throne of the Resurgent Dream shall be the one and only basis for a claim to sovereign status within the Resurgent Dream itself. This throne shall be held from ascension under the laws of inheritance until death. It shall be shared with any spouse but shall under no circumstances pass over to the spouse.
Past possessors of the High Throne and siblings of the possessor shall bear the title of Grand Duke or Grand Duchess as befits their sex and shall be addressed as "Your Highness". They shall be inferior to the sovereign and make obeisance to their sovereign and signs of deference to foreign sovereigns. However, they possess the right to break bread with a sovereign and to speak freely in the presence of sovereignty. Grand Dukes and Grand Duchesses are guaranteed a military rank of Marshall.
The eldest child of the sovereign shall be known as the Crown Prince or Crown Princess as befits and shall be addressed as "Your Highness". When the sovereign passes on, the Crown Prince of Crown Princess shall become sovereign. Until said time, such person shall be inferior to a Grand Duke or Gand Duchess and shall show respect accordingly. A Crown Prince or Crown Princess possesses the right to break bread with a sovereign.
The other children of the sovereign shall be known as Royal Princes and Royal Princesses as befits their gender and addressed as "Your Highness".When the sovereign passes on, they shall become Grand Dukes and Grand Duchesses. The children of a Prince shall bear the titles of Dukes and Duchesses and shall afterword proceed according to the laws of nobility and not royalty.
The lands previously known as the Kingdom of Shieldcrest and the Kingdom of Garmar are henceforth to be known as the Grand Duchy of Shieldcrest and the grand Duchy of Garmar. The nobles henceforth known as the Queen of Shieldcrest and the Queen of Garmar are henceforth to be known as the the Grand Duchess of Shieldcrest and the Grand Duchess of Garmar. Both these offices shall contain all the substantive powers of the former monarchies and the protocols associated with Grand Ducal Rank. Unlike other Grand Ducal titles, the titles to Shieldcrest and Garmar shall be inheritable according to the ordinary laws of heredity.
The lands previously known as the Kingdoms of Wintermore, Farinor, Fireforge, Bilbtoria, and Holista shall henceforth be known as the Principalities of Wintermore, Farinor, Fireforge, Bilbtoria, and Holista. The nobles previously known as the kinds and queens of the aforementioned kingdoms shall henceforth be known as the princes and princesses of the same. Their substantive powers shall remain the same and they shall be entitled to the protocols proper to princes and princesses save for the following differences. They shall have a right to a rank of Marshall in the military, the right to speak freely with sovereignty,the right to pass on their title through the ordinary laws of heredity, and the right for all their children to bear a lifelong title of prince or princess.
The titles of the regular nobility shall be passed on and carry the same respect as they always have. However, title alone shall no longer carry any authority save that granted through the same means as it is granted to any other citizen.
