Deep within the Star Republic of Anagonia, a discussion was taking place between two leaders. One which would explain the silence of the long Dormant Star Republic.

The Leader of the Star Republic trusted the one whom he talked to, and as such had a short time to explain it all.

Assistant Deputy Backup Ambassador to the Planet of Tweenis-12, yanked from the brief leave of duty that he was given after Tweenis-12 fell to the empire of Space Rome, sat down before the leader of Anagonia and just kinda stared into space.

"So......what's up?"

Supreme General Drakomis N. Reign nodded to the ambassador.

"Nothing really," he responded, "just have a shit-load of explanations to give you about Anagonia." He smiled, "Your our most trusted ally, of course."

He picked up some papers, and began to sort them.

"First," he started, "I would like to explain our silence.."

The Ambassador sat there, waiting for the Anagonian to continue.

"Uh....you just kinda stopped talking. Wouldn't you like to finish that sentence?"

"Sorry, I kinda chocked on some slavia," Drakomis responded. "Anyway, we've been undergoing some serious Inter-Solar reforms of our Military and Economic, as well as Civilian, infastructures." He glanced at one paper, "For one example, we plan to invade Klono-...."

Drakomis stopped, "Um....Klononononononostien...." He hoped the ploy worked...

"Yeah, you really gotta hate those damn Klononononononostienians. Let us know if you need any help along those lines."

Drakomis sighs, thinking he has won. He looks back over the paper and realizes it was a random end to a contest recently to see who would be attacked. He slaps his head, shaking it, then looks back up at the Ambassador.

"Well, it was Klonor, actually. But we have no intention of actually attacking." He shurgs, "Democracy at work from crazy people."

Drakomis hands the paper to the Ambassador for him to examine, then looks over the rest of the papers.

"Anyway," he continued, "we have plans in the works for a Batleship, and Super Battleship. Something of which we had been working on during our silence. In this conversation I ask if there is anyway you could help us with this detail."

"What kind of help are you looking for?"

Drakomis grinned, "Something in the area of....shall we say...ships."

The Ambassador sighed and reached into his pocket, pulling out a small packet which rapidly expanded into a large collection of papers covered in miniscule print.

"We have here a copy of the standard Inter-National Alliance Contract used by the Associated Systems of Klonor. In it is contained a standard Non-Aggresion Pact, rendered null and void upon an infraction by either participant, a standard Mutual Defence Treaty, subject to the causes and specifics of each conflict on a case by case basis, and an Economic Freedom Agrement."

He pushed the papers across the table at the Anagonian representative.

"These papers will need to be signed in triplicate by the designated head of the Armed Forces, the Head of State, and whichever governmental representative is in charge of the negotiation and ratification of foreign treaties. We eagerly await the ratification."

OOC: So......you don't want this Alliance?
