Today, Midlonian delegates successfully negotiated an agreement for Allanea to hand over control of New Montana to New Haven. "This is a historic day indeed," President Newman said as he signed the agreement.

In addition to Midlonian compensation, New Haven offered to give 100,000 SUMUs (roughly 50,000 Euros) to every Allanean civilian in New Montana as part of a "Voluntary Worker Relocation Fee".

"Our capital system's borders are now secure, we can now save money by keeping our fleet on standby rather than on patrol," Newman said to press officials. "Those Allaneans who wish to remain will be granted joint-citizenship, if they wish, and their compensation money will not be touched by the government until the time of their death (if they remain citizens until then). The benefits system will be extended to those who remain, giving them free healthcare, free education, etc."

Overall, the agreement would send 3.5 billion SUMUs to Allanea and compensation to Midlonia for their compensation to the Allaneans.
