How do you vote in the UN?
Do you have to be a member for so long or an elected official?

First, you need to sign up to the UN, and possibly confirm your application when the confirmation email comes through (I can't really remember about that, it's over a year and a half since I joined). Then, you wait until the next NS update (when your population goes up, and the decisions you made in your issues take effect). This happens every day, so give it 24 hours. Then you can go on the United Nations page, and vote. Simply, the proposition up for voting will have either "accept" or "reject" at the bottom. Click the one you want.
