We comply with your requests. However, we do have something to say about the issue of diplomatic immunity: We can grant it, as long as possibly incriminatory activities take place within and only within the area assigned as Alidorian territory. Shall a crime be committed by anyone assigned to the embassy on Federal territory, we will formally request the nation of Alidor to prosecute the offender. In case of not doing so, we shall take onto the task of the prosecution.
If that condition is met, we will fully accept the instalment of the embassy.

//OOC: Just one specification: Within the Technocratic Republics there is no ground to speak off, as all of it is constructed and covered by mile-high buildings. So, in such case, the territory would be actually a part of a building more than a piece of the ground.

The Socialist Republic of Buechoria will gladly accept an Alidorian embassy, and hopes that we may you will allow us to open one on your soil as well.

The Alidorn Diplomatic Protection Unit will provide an escort to the Askiran embassy if you feel this necessary, however as your embassy will be considered sovereign territory of Askira you will have to make provisions for your embassies security.

I am a representative sent on behalf of my great country, Nedalia, and its leader, President Bren. We have carefully reviewed the charter that was received by us from your country inviting us to open embassies in our respective countries. We would be honored to accept any delegate you may want to send to our capital, Kafra. We hope you will show the same courtesy to Mr. Anwar Ustede, the chosen representative who will, if all goes well, become the next Nedalian ambassador to Alidor. He is ready to leave to Alidor at moment's notice, and we are just waiting for your acceptance. We have also read over and considered your mandate regarding the opening of your embassy here in Nedalia, and we assure you, we will fully comply. In return, we expect the same compliance from your government regarding our concerns. We have listed what we expect:




- There should be a permenantly assigned protective team to all Nedalian citizens who work at the embassy. We expect, including Mr. Ustede, there would be 23 - 26 Nedalian embassy workers dispatched. The protective team's sole assignment should be to protect the Nedalian workers, and in case of political or military upheaval in Alidor, gather up and escort the Nedalians out of the country safely.

- The land on which the Nedalian Embassy shall be placed upon will be recognized as Alidorian land that has been granted to Nedalia as ITS OWN property until the embassy is moved from that location. All laws of Nedalia shall be effective on this land, but consideration for Alidorian law shall also be implemented.

- We shall not, under any circumstance, accept any espionage activity, at ANY LEVEL, towards and against our embassy. Therefore, we must ask that the Alidorian government let us provide our own satellite signal through which we will guarantee the Alidorian government that the signal will only be used to and from the Embassy.

- All Nedalian workers, including the Ambassador, shall be granted Diplomatic Immunity by the government of Alidor. If, for whatever reason, a crime is commited by anyone of these Nedalian citizen, the citizen shall be detained by Alidorian authorities until a representative has been sent by Nedalia to claim the citizen. The Alidorian authorities, at that time, are to fully comply with the Nedalian representative and hand the citizen over. We, in turn, will guarantee to collaborate with Alidorian authorities in the investigation, and if found guilty, punish the citizen to the maximum penalty.

Although the nation of Alidor does have its own religious beliefs we do not force these on to others and religion is not preached in our schools however we do have the Church of Alidor (CoA) which at one point our royal family was the head.

Greetings from the Most Serene Republic of Hypocria. After decades of isolationism under the previous regime Hypocria is finally ready to take its first step on to the international stage. His Most Serene Excellency has decreed that your embassy exchange offer is an excellent way to make that first step.

At present a large diplomatic facility is under construction in our capitol city, Hypocrium, which will eventually house the Department of Foreign Affairs and hopefully a number of foreign embassies. Unfortunately this facility is not yet completed.

Thank you for your offer of an embassy exchange between our two nations, we can offer you a building that is situated in our capital city, Cansear, it will accommodate an embassy staff of one hundred person’s, including what ever security force you deem necessary, up to a total of 30 security personnel.

For our embassy in your capital city of Revane we request a building that will have the same accommodation requirements as the building we have offered you.

I don’t know if your nation has laws or a judicial system, however we do still request diplomatic immunity for our embassy personnel.

We will grant you an embassy in the Alidorn capital, Cansear, and will of course grant you the same concessions we ask, but we can not agree to Ruskkie Interior Guards conducting operations on Alidorn soil,
however if there is a member of the Ruskkia empire, civilian or, a rogue member of your embassy, that you want extradited to your nation and if the relevant and conclusive evidence is presented to our judicial system then the Alidorn security forces shall recover the person/s and deliver the person/s to you.

I hope this will not affect your decision to participate in our embassy exchange programme.

I'm not bothered, but the Ruskkie Interior Guard is keen on having a detactment at the embassy, mainly to maintain records of Ruskkie citizens on forgien soil. This will be to keep an eye out for any persons wanted by the Ruskkie state, and I will personally make sure that the RIG contact your chaps if something arises.

With regards to your own embassy in the Ruskkie capital, whatever building you chose, we will add an air raid shelter as we have a bit of a problem with Air Piracy. This will be just in case the worst should happen, as Serlingrad's anit-air defenses and the planes of the Air Corps is often enough to see any hopeful raider off.
