On behalf of our citizens, it is my pleasure, and esteemed honor to introduce to you The Constitutional Monarchy of Saint Jeanvrin. We are a presently a small nation of 6 million citizens located in the region of Canada. We are also a member state of the United Nations, with our nation categorized as Democratic Socialist.

Saint Jeanvrin is a resplendent country full of beautiful forests, snow-capped mountains, clean rivers, and the beautiful Etienne Sound. Our highly educated citizens are proud of our diverse landscape and are adamant about protecting it. Environmentalism is not just considered good cause in Saint Jeanvrin, it's a way of life. Citizens are encouraged to recycle, re-use, compost, practice green roofing, and use environmentally friendly technologies.

Our capital city, Eymoutiers, is home to nearly three million of our citizens and continues to grow. Eymoutiers is a stunning city located upon the banks Etienne Sound. Etienne Sound is surrounded by lush evergreen forests, and the bay is home to a large salmon population, and other wildlife. The city of Eymoutiers is well known for its public transportation system, and eco-conscious citizens. Eymoutiers is called the 'Monorail Capital of Saint Jeanvrin', as many of the city's citizens use the monorail as their primary source of transport. In addition, Eymoutiers is home to our nation's small private sector.

As a Constitutional Monarchy, Saint Jeanvrin's King and Head of State is King Octave IV, of the House of Etienne. He is popular figure among the people, and plays an integral role in the national government. Our Prime Minister is Gaston Harcourt, who works closely with the King, and the Parliament in the governing of our nation.

We look forward to building a strong network of allies, both inside the region of Canada, and outside of it with nations sharing a similar value system to ours. We strongly believe in the principals of personal freedom, democracy, and environmental protection.

Sincerely,

Tad D'Arcy, Foreign Affairs Minister
