NEWS HEADLINE: Lord High Justice Shot Dead!

“This is breaking news… The Lord High Justice has been shot dead as he was going for his walk at his supposedly secure country estate outside of the Aerion capital city of Astevane. The Lord High Justice, presiding over the highest court in the land, has been shot dead. There is an immediate investigation by the Royal Guard, and his private bodyguard as well as his family has been taken into custody by the Royal Guard. This is the second shooting of a Grand Officer of State this week. Out of the Nine Great Officers of State appointed by His Majesty the King before going into coma, there are now 6 living. The Royal Regent died of natural causes, the Lord Chancellor was recently assassinated, and now this. We await further news to come from the Captain of the Royal Guard.”

We of the Senate of Belluelle do offer our upmost condolences for your losses. These fine men did not deserve to die the deaths they did, and we sincerely hope that their assasins are brought to justice. The Senate and the People of Belluelle condemn the cowardly actions that brought this about. Our Nuncio, who we have relocated to Damnobar following the lock-down of the capital city, will be receptive to any requests we are able to fufill in order to preserve law and order in Aerion, and bring justice to the murderers of the Lord High Justice and the Lord Chancellor.
