Over the past few months, a large military build up on our border with the Artian Collective has been noted by long range patrols of our airships. Their recent slince and the failure of our agents to find out whats going on has us a little bit concerned, especially since our relations with the Artian Collective have been on the border line.
As a result, border patrols have been increased and the Ruskkie Imperial Army is being mobilized.
As a result of current events we are preparing for a possible Artian invasion and so are looking for allies, mainly to assit in defense.
