To celebrate the freedom of speech and imagery in the forums, the country has decided to open it's government graphics studio to the service of the world. Requests will be handled through #nationstates on irc.esper.net and through telegrams. Depending on my needs, payment will vary from (IC) payment to real cash through money order; Of course, I wouldn't make it impossible for everyone to recieve my services, but please bear in mind that I need to feed myself. No, I will not accept requests with mature content because deviantART is very strict about their policies towards that. Otherwise, feel free to ask me. I think that covers everything, bye now.
