"Good Evening Im Diana Reah. Today after recieving an anonomous tip from Dick Juan, the infamous time traveller John Titor has been arrested under conspiracy to overthrow the goverment and inciting panic. When asked to comment, John Titor said "The civil war is here, its here, its here!". John will be taken to a local hospital for psycho-analysis and interrogation. The suspected time machine will be towed to Tiberom Army Base for inspection. Now back to King of the Hillbillys"
