the military engineers of Akilai are researching three new types of weapons. one of them being a bullet capable of holding liquid nitrogen. the other two are missiles. one being able to desacrate everything in sight,(the explosion is so hot that it causes the ground to become glass). the other is capable of crytalizing everything in sight.

The Union would like to know what is the mechanism used for shooting the bullet capable of holding liquid nitrogen. Also, is the Republic of Akilai aware of the risks that carrying such bullet will create? Eg. a crawling soldier with several magazines holding these bullets will be a risk for his teammates.

True, but it may eco-friendlier to send in Special Forces, kill them and then send the SF back.
And I see no reason to kill a small nation such as Akilai, they haven't threatened us and neither will we do them.
And everyone knows testing nuclear weapons on the other nation's cities or bases is not threatening if the tester is... ahem... cough cough... Well, called Sebytania.
to answer your question about how the bullet will be able to contain the liquid nitrogen. is that the nitrogen is incased in a small thin glass container surrounded by a thin metal fram that will colapse on contact with anything that it hits. the magazine will also be spesifed to hold the bullets.

Really nice. So if the soldier carrying, say, a belt of that ammunition dies and falls, well, BOOM.
