The Gerardian Government issued the following statement on Saturday:

"On Friday of this week, 17 heretical dissedents were brought to justice for denying the virtuousity of Saint Gerard, claiming that he had resorted to violence in the forming of our sovereign nation.

Hopefully, people will be dissuaded from from believing such lies as a result of this judgement.
