Earlier today the long awaited four billionth citizen was born in Jitano to a Maria Steinburger, the child, a female, will be named Laura, and is expected to enter either the government or the priesthood. The Emperor had this to say:
"People of Jitano, today is a great day, our society celebrates an unprecedented age of population growth, and wealth. Truly we are entering a golden age of prosperity and peace."
