Recently there have been extremely unusual serial murders in Dratheria with entire bodies or heads having exploded and in some cases vaporized to carbon with no evidence of firearms. I beseech anyone out there who has any information about these murders or wishes to assisst in the investigations to contact me immediatley as this also could spread from our nation. Thank you.

That is dire news you write of. Such a mysterious series of crimes could mean a great deal of trouble for us all. I would like to send you one of my finest detectives, Joseph Narrin, to give you what assistance he can in dealing with the matter. OOC: I take it from the mention of firearms that this is modern tech. Your description of the murders sounds like there might be magic involved; is there a fantasy element in this? I'm willing to play Marshahnk by the rules of most settings, but it will make a bit of a difference in Joseph's equipment...

OOC: Yes this is a modern tech RP and magic is involved this RP is based somewhat off of a series of episodes in Full Metal Alchemist and the murderer uses alchemy and has an alchemic arm, red eyes, dark skin, and a white X across his face.

While the havok of the murders rages outside a man sits in a throne in a long lost palace this man is Brimstone Draconian his armor black and eyes red and wings folded he stands sensing this threat and flies to the nearest city where he morphs into a normal person this person is Ryan Nova the King of Draconians. He walks carefully and starts his search for the new evil.

It's certainly nice that Rendalt has lowered the crime rate so much, but my job is beginning to get almost boring. Looks like another day in the office...

"Ah, Joseph! Just the man I was looking for. The Premier's got a little job for you. You're to report to the palace immediately for briefing."

"Yes. Inspector Narrin, a nation called Dratheria has sent out a call for help. It seems that they've been suffering a series of strange slayings - murders in which the method of killing has not been ascertained. The victims have been... exploded... somehow, with no trace of gunpowder found. It is possible that the supernatural is involved. It seems to me, Inspector, that you are uniquely suited to take on this case."

"That could be, sir."

"I'm sure you can imagine the trouble this method of killing could cause if it spread. I want the culprit or culprits found and eliminated! It would be best if you capture him alive, of course, but do not let him get away. I'll be wanting a full report when you return."

"Very well, sir. I'll start packing without delay. You can count on me to do what is needed."

"I know, Inspector. I knew that when I first hired you."

Stands in an underground lab with some of englandys smartest nerds, they are busy checking microwave settings for another attack on another nation.

I leave the room and then leave the lab and get into my limo and the driver drives away

OOC: Just so you know, Englandy, I would advise you to not try to use that thing on Dorev Rendalt...

OOC Sorry I've been busy with a conflict so I haven't been interacting much. And Englandy do not use that satellite for this particular RP. And Joseph can arrive anyway you deem best or coolest.

As Ryan walks the streets a scream is heard a woman and a child. He rushes as fast as possible to help the people in need of aid. He rounds the corner of an alley only to be too late the woman and child brutally massacered. He looks in horror as the killer bolts off to escape but quickly Ryan raises an earthen wall of stone to stop him only to have it destroyed by the man's alchemic arm. Then the man quickly disappears in the cloud of rubble and dust left by the destruction.
"Damn. He got away how is that posssible? He has a large amount of power to be able to use alchemy without a transmutation circle."
He steps out of the alley as cops quickly get to the scene of the murder. He disappears as if a mere shadow heading for his true destination.
