The Democratic Republic of Dratheria is beginning a SETI(Search for Extraterrestrial Life) program in hopes of making first contact with an alien race. If anyone would like to assist our efforts or give our government any pointers for this program please let me know.

Many nations have already been in touch with extraterrestrial life for some time now. While we are certain your program would be able to see the many comings and goings around and outside Sol in short order, it would be an even simpler matter to introduce you to the many members of the international community who originate outside Sol.
