Provincial Capital Building, St. John's, Newfoundland - Canada.
President Sharon M. Vassaretti sat facing the President of Canada, Javier Guzman, his emotions solemn and collective. With him was the Californian Secretary of State Frederick V. Romanov and his Canadian counterpart, Charles D. Seinbourg Sharon looked across the table at Mr. Guzman and give a faint smile "Through our being allies for all of these years, I really thank you for allowing us to make this purchase... my Secretary of State here has the Californian equivalent of thirty-five billion American dollars, for the Labrador portion of the Canadian province of Labrador & Newfoundland, joint control of Panama, a strategic partnership and a joint control of all overseas military bases. Are you sure you wish to go through with this... you do know that this will cede 113,641 square miles of your land to California, put Panama under our joint control and give the both of our joint control of our military bases overseas... right? If you have no objections then let's finish this."

President Vassaretti grabbed the navy blue inked pen for the Californian Sovereign Democratic-Socialist Federation and signed her name on the bottom of the treaty on the designated place and handed the pen to Sec. of State Romanov who signed below President Vassaretti. Canadian President Guzman took his red pen and wrote his name on the designated place of the treaty, and handed the pen to Sec. of State Seinbourg who signed under Guzman's signature, and put the red inked pen down on the table next to the treaty, afterwards the Californian Sec. of State did the same.

After completing the signing and ratification of the St. John's Treaty, Californian Sec. of State Romanov shook hands with the Sec. of State Seinbourg "Here is the Californian equivalence of thirty-five billion in American dollars, we hope that our work together in the future will bring about some unity between our two countries", President Vassaretti shook hands and embraced President Guzman "Thank you, for helping the Californian Sovereign Democratic-Socialist Feedration, we look to a great future as an ally of Canada's... and with you as our ally, the both of us will continue our rise as powers on this continent."
The Gulf States
23-02-2005, 04:06
The Gulf States president Javier Guzman walked out of the Parliament building of Newfoundland, to a sea of reporters.

Guzman: Yeah, we did it. I think it's a fair deal for both of our nations. They are looking to help themselves on the North Atlantic side. We're looking to return to our former bases in Hispanola. Plus all over the world, we now have shared control over key bases and areas. Panama Canal is huge. If you're against either us The Gulf States, California and Alaska, Flocarga and Delmarva, or any of our other allies - good luck trying to cross through the American hemisphere.
