We are interested in your offer, we to are an economically powerful nation, but what would such an alliance entail? We are always looking for new trading partners (economic data: 1 new coin = $1.3677), but we would not be willing to provide military assistance, as we are a strictly non-violent mediator nation.
We would be willign however to share scientific data, as we have some of the most extensive scientific facilities to be found anywhere.

Angellica Kradii, Secretary of the CEO sat at her desk. It was a slow day indeed, so slow that she had taken to scanning the world's telegram frequencies on the holographic laptop built into her wrists just to see what nations hadn't bothered encrypting. As she scrolled through page after page of useless info, she stumbled upon the preceding communique. She paused for a bit and looked it over.
"A non-violent nation," she mused to herself, "in this day and age? Seems a little behind the times to me. If only they were a bit larger... perhaps we'll let them grow before we do anything about them..."
This seemed to satisfy her appetite for information, and she closed her browser and opened up Minesweeper. If things had to blow up in her face somewhere, she'd rather have it be in a game.
