After the apparent victory of the ANL Soviet Forces after the sudden and unexpected withdrawl of the Allanean invaders ( http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=396205&page=3&pp=15), the ANL Soviet Congress has passed several news laws. The first of which, S.C.B 762 “The Union Foreign Protection Act”:

“S.C.B. 762 Section 1:
From this point on, no nation may build any sort of military base within the Aztec National League or any of the Union’s territories or possessions, regardless of the diplomatic relations with the ANL.
S.C.B. 762 Section 2:
Embassies may have at most one-hundred (100) troops stationed within the embassy itself. Nations who own embassies are therefore responsible for their own security, as they are extrajudicial to Aztec law. However, should any embassy personnel leave the land of the embassy; the personnel are therefore subject to ANL law. However, should the diplomat’s nation request to try the offender, they may do so by submitting a request to the ANL Foreign Affairs Ministry.
S.C.B. 762 Section 3:
In the interests of securing the respected diplomats from other nations, the ANL shall offer protection to embassy personnel through the ISPA. However, should personnel refuse to accept the protection; the ANL can not be held responsible for anything that might happen.
In addition, the ANL has a surplus of money and resources, so, the Soviet Congress has passed S.C.B. 777, which will increase the military greatly over the next years. The Navy shall have several new ships added to it, the Air Core will have more planes and the Red Guard and JWIs will have more weapons and bases. Recruitment drives will also be stepped up and benefits and pay will be increased.
