Our wonderful Nation has Full Civil Rights for all citizens. We do have mandatory/compulsary military/civil service (2 years) for all citizens over the age of 18. Upon completion of the service obligation, the citizen earns their voting franchise Though voting in the annual national election is strongly encouraged, it is not mandatory. The only time one loses their rights is if they are judged un-civilized(i.e.,a criminal). In the Federation of United Clan Kinsmen, non-violent criminals pay full monetary restitution and suspension of their rights until they have repaid their debt. The convicted violent criminal will face hard time in prisons built for punishment as well as rehabilitaion. Ex-convicts may never vote or bear arms. Deportation, whether voluntary or involuntary, is another possibility for repeat offenders after completing their prison terms. Violent criminals convicted of CAPITAL OFFENSIVES (Murder, Rape, Armed Robbery, Illicit Drug Trafficking, Treason, Espionage, Saboutage, and Kidnapping), receive a prompt and PUBLIC execution by firing squad.
