To the Christian Peoples of The Holy Empire of Petros Et Paulos, and The peoples of the The Holy Catholic Region. Most Holy Christian Greetings to all!
It is with upmost urgency that I issue this letter to the faithful of the Empire. Since 1221 the Empire as we know it has existed, not only as a major political power, but as the seat of all Christendom in the world! At 5:12 PM on February 16th the Year of Our Lord 2005 I with the advise of my Lord Advisor signed the decree that makes The Holy Empire of Petros Et Paulos a free market nation! This will enable our continued trade with the rest of the world, as well as enable us to put our currancy on the world market. It also allows for foriegn investors to come into our wonderful country and buy property at prime prices, which will futher stableize our market.
Also on February 16th The Year of Our Lord 2005 I issued an application to the United Nations, requesting that we be excepted as a member nation. This will also benefit our nation greatly, by allowing us to participate on the global front.
Know that my prayers our with you the peoples of this fair land, and all those in the Region. As we grow and change may God through the intercession of the Glorious Saints Peter and Paul continue to bless us!
