Calamity has struck, and the forum used by the "Africa" NS region has collapsed, possibly because we're so good. While the powers-that-be search frantically for a new forum, we shall be posting HERE in this thread. Our traffic is such that the "Ten posts and you're out" section is simply insufficient. When we pull our thumbs out and finally reorganise into a genuine forum, this will be our alpha point of contact for nations wishing to join.
To any roving moderaters: If this is somehow against the rules, feel free to delete this thread. I can't see how it would be, but I'm not looking for a fight.
To any other nations (not members of Africa): Our region is happily isolationist. We are not looking for alliances, though you are more than welcome to send a nation to Africa. Please only post here if you are interested in moving a nation to Africa. I know that this will go unheeded, but please don't ask for alliances or advertise your regions here.
