Scoring will not be used by a scorinator because we are not affiliated with any associations or tournements that use the scorinator. We welcome all nations into this tournement. A few rules state that no one is to be treated unequally, no one is to be insulted or discriminated, and any arguing must be done OUTSIDE the thread and soon-to-be RP. Thank you all.

Quick question then, how do you get scores?

And I would ask for permission from KN first.

Other than that, good luck and go for it.

Well LE, good question. Dice would be a nice and random way to determine scores. Also, it's a good way to test my bid for CCX. This tournement is meant to introduce Hockey RP to other nations who are only on their 1st time here or just missed the signup for CC. I think just because they were a few days late doesn't mean they have to miss all the hockey. But thanks for the luck LE. Good Luck in CC9! We're gonna need it! (i'm in a stacked division)

The trophy to be presented will look like this:

The winner of this trophy will get a 1st round bye in the 2nd Grapes Cup (if needed), and so will the finalist.

I've got one more question... How will you factor RPs into the scores, or are RPs inconsequential?
Hockey Canada

The RPs will be factored by how frequently between games the user RPs and how long each RP story is. An RP that has only 3 lines will not make as much impact as an RP tha has 14 lines. These RPs compared to the amounts other people have can affect the scores by either adding one goal scored to the already rolled dice (so if you roll a 6 + the RP your score is 7). But if a user does not RP at all, then a goal is to be taken away from their score (so if you roll a 3 - not RPing your score is 2). Pretty simple, more RP = better chance of winning.

Hey Vil, can I get a second opinion on this thread:

I won't be signing up, and as current you don't have a clue how to run a tournament or how to choose a name.

The Cherry Cup is named after someone who's name was Cherry. Not after the fruit.

If you want help, feel free to ask for it. I'm sure LE will help, I'm more than happy to help, but please. Delete your post in the World Cup 20 Thread, stop posting OOC in the cherry cup thread when theres a specific other thread to talk in, and, just calm down!

And you should probably delete your post in the world cup discussion thread as well.

Dude, i'm just testing my bid for CCX, and if you knew, Don Cherry's nickname is "Grapes'.

Got the nickname back when he was coaching the Boston Bruins, didn't he?

For future Cups: Cherry's wife was named Rose. His dog was named Blue. His suits are Plaid. His tailor is an Abomination.

Good luck with yer event, HC.

If you're going to do that, LE, please also report SO for giving a us running commentary on Arminia Bielefeld Vs Bayern Munich in the WC Discussion Thread.

any arguing must be done OUTSIDE the thread and soon-to-be RP

Oops. Sorry, not signing up.
