“Welcome, sentients, to your evening entertainment news segment on Griffin Channel 128, your local Angel Network. In a startling new move, it appears the government has endorsed the designs of clothing designer Thomas Un, with Lady Lesley, Minister Collins, and Minister Johassen appearing on the cover of his new catalog, which is entitled ‘UnDressed.’ Now, to see what the ladies had to say about their appearance.”
The scene switches suddenly to Lady Lesley, sitting in a chair, smiling happily, dressed in a dark blue informal suit. “Oh, I was happy to do it. Designer Un is a nice man, and genuinely interested in making beautiful clothing.” She grins. “It’s nice because I got to keep the dress. D’ron thought the green really brought out my eyes.” Cut to a close focus on the picture of Lesley in the green, tunic necked, sleeveless tube dress. “I’ve never modeled before, for anything. It was quite fun. I’d like to do it again.”
The camera switches again to the Public Information Minister, in this image with pine green hair, which manages to still look good on her, especially with her black and navy skinslick. “Yes, I’ve done some modeling before, but nothing like this, really. It was back in school, I did some other clothing modeling to earn some extra money on the side. I enjoyed, and when Lesley mentioned she’d been asked by Mister Un to model, I called him up. Of course, we got into a discussion, and well, being Minister of Public Information, I couldn’t resist the chance to help improve the Government’s public image. After talking with Tommy, we decided on Deborah, who’s blonde hair would go good with Lesley’s red and my preferred black.”
A brief flash of black, and the view returns to the anchor. “Unfortunately, Minister Johassen was not available for comment, but we did get a statement from Citizen Un.”
Another blackout, and a shorter man of Oriental appearance is visible. “The ladies were very good, and all very beautiful. I’d be happy to work with them again, if they wanted.” He smiles. “I think they will help my clothing very well.”
