Civilian contractor (closed - AMW only)
Bejing International Airport
Yao and his two companions sat discreetly in the arrival lounge, waiting for his contact. He was not nervous at all, despite the massive bounty placed on his head by former Bonstockian government for his role in the defeat of the Maropian Coast. But Yao had changed his name and appearance after several attempted assasinations, first by former ROC President Chen for "treason", and then by rookies of the Bonstocknian intelligience.
His past life would work in his favour for this job. In fact it would make him rich past his wildest dreams. They were paying him for his expertise - his years as a high ranking ROCAF general and as a researcher in Ching Kuo Defence Corp.
"It's a hot summer this year, do you have some cooling refreshments for sale?" he said to the young soda-selling lad who had snuck up on him.
"Not as hot as two summers ago."
Yao paused.
"So tell me what this job involves."
"Let me just tell you this, Canadians, Americans, a weapons arsenal, and the Suicidal Force. Details at the house, the warzone in Liaodong has done much to bring hatred and never fear to the Xiannese people, we best keep this conversation at a secure place. We'll meet up at Nanjing Road at 4. Here, this is an Imperial card, it'll get you in some of the precincts we'll be heading to. By the way, sodas bad for you, have an orange." and the young man walks back to the refreshments stand and started closing up.
The current time is 2:33.
After heading to a restaurant and refreshing themselves, the three of them arrive at Nanjing road ten minutes early by taxi.
Yao looks around for the soda man.
Dressed in a nice suit, carrying a laptop, the young man, who was a beverage stand cashier just a few hours earlier walked up to them and walked them over to his car. They were to enter the palace as foreign educational analysts to review the the Palace University.
"Please, sirs, stay in this room, I will have to recieve clearance before having you meet up with the boss. If anyone of you guys wish to smoke a fag, here's some Yunan cigars." said the young man, before setting down a wooden box of cigars.
Yao and his two companions waited in the room, somewhat suprised. This was their biggest job yet. His companions were somewhat uncomfortable, mainly due to the heat.
"I hope we get paid big for this. I hate this place already." Ming said. He took off his trench coat, revealing a plethora of weapons under his belt.
The three of them continued waiting.
The door opened, a stern looking old man walked in, in the most casual looking manner the guests has ever seen.
"I will cut the crap, so I hope you guys will do the same. China will hire you to tame Hudecian dogs. Here's you're big toys: four 747 Boeings, 200 explosives and missiles, Xiannese funding, and the Duang Ming Special Operative Force."
"I trust our requested payments are being deposited into our South American bank accounts as we speak. Let's not waste time."
Yao signalled to the third in his party, who pulled out a CD and tossed it to the old man.
"Pass that on to whoever's doing the engineering on the aircraft and the cruise missiles. They'll need them. Also, I'd like to meet them in person."
"We have deposited a fourth of the payment, and we'll remit the full amount once we see some slaughtered rats. We'll have send this cd over to the hangars, you will meet them tomorrow via an escort, I hope you'll enjoy the stay, its wonderful Beijing. "
Yao was somewhat annoyed by only recieving a fourth of the payment - it was industry standard, but this was not an "industry standard" job. Nevertheless, he wasn't expecting to be provided with suicide forces, removing himself from the line of fire.
"We'll see you in the morning."
ooc: The Suicide forces is only a special operations force that has agreed to die for their country if necessary. So, if it is possible, do not use them as sacrificial lambs.
OOC: mostly just a tag.
Four Boeing 747s? Alright.. well.. for interests sake I'll help you along.
It is a well known fact that Hudecia and Quinntonia share an air defense network (NORAD). In order to actually fly 747s into Hudecia you have to have clearance from NORAD, otherwise you get fighters escorting you in/ shooting you down. On 9/11 there were fighters launched after the planes went missing but they did not reach them in time.
So to get those planes in you would need to get clearance with NORAD somehow. I'll leave that up to you guys to figure out.
Next, since Hudecia broke ties with Xiaguo no planes from Beijing or any other Chinese city can get to Hudecia. As well, any planes coming from overseas would be empty of their fuel (bad bombs), and trying to get a plane filled with explosives through other countries requires some more sneakiness.
Also, do not forget that Quinntonia has troops in Korea and Hudecia had allies in Borneo (or Xiaguo has enemies in Indonesia) so that limits where you can fly from/to.
Anyway, keep going.. I'm curious to see how you handle this.
Who says we're going any where near Hudecia? Or Quintonnia?
We can always attack Hudecian territories, which I think may be a little harder now. And either you don't send in forces, or lose the territory. We don't have to get into a cage, we can always open it and lure you out. Great Old Sun Tzu.
I still don't get why i let the Hudecian invasion happen, it did more good than bad...
Shoot down the planes, We have full right to declare war. Killing innocent lives.
Once Hudecia leaves, All enemies fueled by udecia will weaken.
OOC: Yes.
As the Taiwanese woke up and began their morning duties, they appear as regular Xiannese civilians and were escorted to a van where they were than taken to the Beiyang Naval and Aerial Millitary headquarters.
Dozens of hangars were scattered through the airbase, and dozens of battles ships were docked at the Beiyang Harbour, where the Beiyang Fleet is located. The Beyang Fleet will be replacing the Eastern Fleet and will move to Nanjing after the Dalian harbour was detroyed.
"Men, those three hangars contain four of the planes needed. They are older aircrafts, but are now undergoing repairs and will be painted with the Zhong Hua International Airlines Company. The company is a privately owned airliner company how ever, some ties with the government is enough to put these into our budget. We may be pulling in one more of these babies over the weekend. The Airbase has openly serviced companies in plane repairs and building.
You will be assiting the Engineers. Ah! Yang Jin! Nice to see you again, haven't taked to you since that sucessful project in Tibet."
"Yes, yes, these must be the Taiwanese you;ve been telling me about. Well, I 've met this guy for over 20 years, and I am as straight forward as him. a, ha, so, give me all you got." as yang put on his reading glasses, and signalled the tower to open the hangar doors.
The huge massive looking planes with maybe more than a hundred men and women working on each plane.
"By the way, my name's Xu De, call be Xu, we're not quite ready with the missiles and explosives, however, once you get it, I am sure you can jam it right in. You name the amount, we'll get it to ya."
OOC: ... umm... Xiaguo.. like I said... there are no Hudecian territories. Borneo is becoming one with Indonesia... Korea is under Quinntonia...
An attack on Borneo wouldn't hurt Indonesia, only add fuel to the fire for Indonesian muslims and muslims in Xinjiang. Anyway.. *shrugs* I'm curious to see what you are up to.
OOC: Can we hold this for a while? Uni starts next week for me.
ready to take this up again?
The planes would be ready in a few days, and for once, Yao was actually quite pleased with the progress.
Noting the increased tension between the Xiannese and the Sinoese and especially the opportunity presented by Liu's proposed visit to Moscow, Yao introduces his comrades - Ming and Lin, both excellent assasins.
Ming was the chemicals expert aka explosives. Lin was a sniper familiar with Russian models able to be purchased inside Russia from illicit sources. Best of all, both men were fluent in Russian.
The opportunity was too good to pass up. For a mere going price of $15 million. (OOC: Hint Hint)
Prime Minister Lin, also in charge of the petty things that go around in the government has actually lied to Yeh, and said the Hudecian attacks would require 15 million dollars more. Yeh asked why, he simply said, to give it a more sincere touch of Chinese power. Yeh simply waved him off, "Sure Lin, as long we get the Hudecians."
Yeh had allowed Lin to take over the suicidal project, now costing a decent amount of the Millitary budget, with the massing of weapons and troops, the Liu assasination by Lin, a ChiNazi can only mean the destruction of the two Chinas. Lin can only hope Yeh does not noticed, and had signed an unknown contract between him and his group of thugs with the Taiwanese.

Delightful conspiracy tag!
"Excellent." the two men exclaimed. After recieving confirmation of payment, two tickets were purchased via the internet on a Beijing-Moscow flight.
They would leave in 5 hours, giving them a few days to prepare before the conference began.
(OOC: Massive post to follow)
"If it ends in failure, you now what will happen. You guys better leave, we are expecting something this week, and we will need you guys in Moscow. Here are your indentification. Two Japanese Reporters to do a story on the Conference in Moscow. The security is not as tight as we have expected, and there are flaws. A full report will be available upon getting there. Do not alarm Yeh, that old coot would have my head. You know what this can do, either way, fail, or sucess, there will be a war." said Lin, as he handed them the packets.
"Ming you bastard you had me worried to death. Where were you all this time? This place has gone to hell while you left. And what happened to your arm? Where's Lao?"
Yao motioned at Ming's arm.
"I got shot by the Sinoese in the shoulder and escaped by jumping into a river. Lao's dead. Captured. I don't know. Liu has probably tortured him to death by now..."
Ming's voice changed as his surging emotions began to affect him.
"And you just left him there?"
".................Yes..........."
"..............We'll talk about him later. Right now we need to leave. The old hotel I was staying in near the airport was hit by a cruise missile. We'll have to go by boat, perhaps to Japan, and then to South America, like we had planned."
