Preface

Stepping onto the concrete platform, his boot clicked with every step toward the outside world. Much like his own lands, Mekaen could only but breathe in the smell of fog from the busy city. Life, was abundent in this place, and the deep thirst to quench was most certainly beginning to gain the better of him. Still, many would notice the death of another under the sun's rays, and it was only hours till dark. Londontown was a city most fabled, and not one no refuse its deserved respect. Also like home, the skys were gray from cloud cover. It seemed, that back in the Blood Dynasty, the great cities were almost the same, almost. Still, they were different; for this was one of the living.

Mekaen had come for one reason, and he had been given a great mission. For the Ravenspire, it was desired the blood and contribution of one, living man. And such a man was oblivious to all that was happening, and all that would happen. Not for long however, because there were just a few who needed him lost. If his blood was obtained, and its elements extracted, Indigo could create a beast so filled with fire, a creature deservant of the name Satan himself. Truly, this man's life was valuable, and many of the unknown world desired his soul. Sad perhaps, or lucky; one could not truly consider the fact without becoming lost in the eternal darkness of God's greatest enemy.

OOC: just go "Rawr, no!" if this is wrong/inappropriate.

IC:

Shadowing a few feet behind was a single figure in a plain suit, raincoat and old trillbilly hat that covered his face, a scarf wrapped around his neck so that only his eyes peered out, keeping an eye on his prey he murmured.
"God blesses those whose hearts are pure, for they will see God."

He too was on a special mission, intelligence from Midlonia had been keeping a very long, close eye on the Union, and any...dubious activities going on within it, Raven was just one such thing that the Paranormal Division had been keeping its knowing eye on, and, with this sudden activity outside of the Blood Dynasty, they had sent in their own agent.

Peter was a religious man, right from childbirth, he felt he was "blessed" to do the Lord's work, and some members of the division joked that he was Peter, the disciple, reincarnate.

Peter's own shoes echoed on the heavy material of the platform.
"London, the city with great monuments to our lord."
he murmured again and continued to follow his pray steadily, keeping his distance.

OOC: Hey, I dont mind both of you fella's joining in, as long as you recognise just a few guidlines. For example, in the storyline, I dont mind perhaps if you are both searching for Raven, and you come close to his capture, but as long as I do get my grubby hands on him. Also for note, the Ravenspire isnt yet public knowledge at all (it does not yet exist but in the minds of a select few). Im not really willing to budge on that one, but hey, happy roleplaying. Midlonia I dont mind whatever you plan to do as long as it fits in with the main flow that I get my hands on Raven first and only; and Imitora, perhaps you could have heard of rumours of the fabled abilities of Raven but are doubtful and are investigating. Or perhaps a special division had attempted assasination upon Raven and his family when he was just a boy, before seven years; somehow Raven had escaped and his memory of the entire events had diminished. Perhaps these agents of yours had not yet given up the hunt for Raven...

Be creative, and stick to the rules!

As usual, a day was a day, and a night was a night in Londontown. And although Raven Stockholm was hardly a man considered normal, he lived a more normal life than most would expect. With a memory blank before the age of seven, he couldnt recall the slight piece of detail before the day he had 'woken'. Perhaps a sad story somewhat, yet one he had lived since the first day he could remember. And perhaps also, it had its attributes, being the source of entertainment for him as a young lad. He would often pretend that he might have had some kind of special ability and that later he would wake up to the fact. Or that maybe he had a dark history that was too evil to fathom. Still, the lack of memory was hardly fantasy as were most of his childish games.

His father, was unknown to even him. His mother, had died, least that was what he had been told. He could only remember her soft, singing voice before he had lost his memory of her completely. Even today, some twenty years later, the memory hidden within still helped to soothe the nerves he sometimes held. And as for his father, he had no recolliction at all. He simply assumed that either he too, died; or that perhaps he had become a kind of rogue father. Nevertheless, Raven didnt ever look to yesterday, but to tommorow. For tommorow held the answers to today, if you had the ability to work a problem backwards.

If he could dream, Raven would indeed realise his true potential; but for now, oblivious to the forces of dark and light after his soul, he did live a relatively normal lifestyle.
