DemonLordEnigma

OOC: Basically, trying to established what has happened during my time off the internet. ISP change. Plus, setting the stage for what happens next. This post is just summary to catch people and setting the stage of DLE attitudes.
The events in here I plan on RPing later.
IC:
It had been so mysterious, and yet it happened. DemonLordEnigma ships, having been trying their best to go everywhere, were suddenly recalled back home. Even the DLE representatives to the UN were forced to return, packing up their belongings before they began the journey home. Many nations holding embassies in DLE were told, without any doubt as to the terms, to get out. No explanations were given, no apologies offered, and for six years the stretch of mysterious, silent space that DLE hides in was silent, appearing as though the entirety of those inside had simply vanished.
Then, the strange happened. The occasional comm signal, now using a new frequency, would leak out. These strange messages, while entirely in Sarkarasetan, were on occasion accompanied by the sounds of gunfire and cannons going off in the background. To any listening, it sounded almost as though DLE were going through a civil war, and yet still the nation said nothing to others.
Then, near the end of what appeared to be the seventh year of silence, things changed. A civilian transport, intended for taking people between worlds, emerged from the Dead Zone, one of its engines leaking plasma and the ship moving as fast as it can. Before it could get anywhere, two missiles flew out of the unmappable region DLE calls home and struck the ship, it crunching down in two little balls that are the hallmark of graviton weapons being used. Naturally, no survivors were found, though one of the passengers did carry a curious necklace with what looked like gold fangs on it. Then, DLE openned its doors once more, apologizing to the nations that had embassies there and allowing them back in.
Unknown to the outside universe, DLE had, indeed, had a minor uprising. A group of terrorists had captured the Graviton Destroyer and caused havoc. But Enigma, tired of this and hounded by his people, didn't just stop at recapturing their prized ship. This time, he devoted soldiers to hunting down and eradicating the threat of future uprisings, managing to have the majority of the group arrested and only a small number actually killed. Those who were killed had chosen to escape, and with their knowledge Enigma couldn't afford to allow them the chance of reaching another empire.
Despite this, things now look grim in DLE. The crowds, not appeased by the deaths of a few of the group, are calling for blood. The Sarkarasetan Vampire Virus has spread farther than before, now affecting 2% of the population, and the source of much prejudice. To make it all worse, Enigma was getting the feeling he was losing control, soon to begin to lose parts of his empire if something were not done. Now would be a good time for a change of pace...
