Official Announcement of the President of the United States

Friends, brothers, citizens of the Accord!

It is with a great sadness in my heart that I make this announcement today. The Accord was made an alliance of members standing stalwartly together, a final beacon for nations in the holy crusade against socialism, communism, and other oppressors all over the planet. The members of this alliance are to be faitheful to each other. What will become of us if we are not?

But when a member betrays the Accord, when one deals with the forces of evil as with friends, when one receives favors and deals from the forces of the Union of Socialist Republics, when a a member forgets the ideals the Accord is based on, then I am forced to make the same verdict I am making today.

Ladies and gentlemen, California and Alaska is the nation that betrayed the Accord. This speech was not a list of theoretical violations, but a full list of actual charges. And California is guilty. Under my authority as the President of the Black Accord, I hereby expel California and Alaska from the Black Accord!

Official Statement to Allanea and the Black Accord from Sharon M. Vassaretti, President of the Californian Sovereign Democratic-Socialist Federation.

"I am sorry that you have decided to pursue this course of action, however we felt it in our best interests as a nation to withdraw from your 'Black Accord'. As a course of action we have felt it to be in our best interests to form a pact alliance of our own without any involvement in the Black Accord, we had hoped you would take no offense. However, as of recently with your statement I see that this will not go over easily and that if you wish to bring the Californian Sovereign Federation into a war over this issue, then we will be forced to respond in kind. As a nation we have had few enemies, and if we are attacked by just Allanea this war will be fought one-on-one... however if the Black Accord is brought into this, so will the Allied Entente Group of International States [AEGIS]"
