If you allow California and Alaska to play the Californian States of America I'll play too ;)

To make a minor suggestion, I think it might help if you allowed people to play individual states, not all of them, of course, and still have someone playing the central Union and Confederate governments. The involvement of the foreign nations listed is very limited.

I want it this way so it is easier to moniter it (less people playing). If I do individual states, a noob might ruin the rp.

No. California was part of the Union. Alaska was still owned by Russia. You can play Russia if you want to. Just remember era tactics.
