The Grand opening of Camp V (5) the worlds newest advanced security colony is just around the corner.
We the Island Nation of Camp V have devoted our entire existence to the housing and care of the socially challenged. Camp V offers many options for nations to choose from for their exported social garbage and other offenders.
While no nation likes to admit some of their flock have lost the way. It is a given that not all can conform to the social norms of a modern society. We accept the burden of exiled citizens, troubled children and social misfits. We are equipped to deal with those you do not wish to. We will harbor no ill will towards any detainees, they will be treated according to their actions once a guest of Camp V.

- Levels of Incarceration
1. Minimum- Relatively comfortable setting, minimal mandatory activities. The detainee is allowed general access to a confined community, and is able to earn privileges for proper behavior.
2. Medium- A more secure setting for the more socially challenged detainees. The detainee is housed in a 4 capacity cell, privileges are available but allow fewer creature comforts.
3. Maximum- A secure setting for the career criminals. The detainee is housed in a 2 capacity cell, few privileges are available and are minimal in reward and easily lost.
4. Supermax- An extreme security setting for the most hardened criminal minds. The detainee is housed in solitary cell, privileges include a 3rd meal and extra blankets.
5. Political- A secure setting with minimal to no external contact. Rewards are granted by Export nation only upon satisfactory examination and inspection.
- Levels of Duration
1. Short Term- Up to a 1 year term, normally limited to minor offences or political opponents that need to be kept out of sight temporarily.
2. Mid Term-1 year to 3 years
3. Long Term- 3 to 10 years
4. Permanent-10 to life, granted a citizenship upon completion of term under favorable conditions and automatically enlisted in the guard recruit training program.
5. Forgotten- You sent who where? You won't have to worry about them again, ever...
- Level of Discipline
1. Recruit- Light training plan, usually reserved for minors with minor offences.
2. Boot- Intensive training and discipline regiment designed to redirect misguided souls and utilize pent up energies for productive community needs.
3. Advanced- Extreme immersion into a world of minute discipline and extreme physical training. A mandatory initial program for military criminals.
4. Political- Exporting country has a wide latitude in setting up it's own plan that is supervised and enforced by the Camp V staff.
5. Scientific- Various forms of advanced and experimental behavioral modification techniques used to reform the human mind and body.
- Levels of Retribution
1. Tame- A very slight punishment program, intended to leave no physical or mental long term damage. Normally reserved for minors with minor offences.
2. Mild- An adult approach to corporal punishment is operated by former military personnel.
3. Average- Intensive and ever present program designed to ensure the detainee doesn't forget what he has done and why he is here. Strong deterrent to future criminal behavior.
4. Severe- Former government officials oversee this program constructed specifically for the sickest of societies individuals.
5. Purgatory- Classified- Mandatory Level 5 Duration and Discipline a requirement.
- Levels of Expiration
1. None- Detainee is not scheduled for Expiration
2. Immediate- Detainee is scheduled for immediate Expiration, Painless.
3. Quick- Detainee is scheduled for immediate Expiration, firing squad.
4. Slow- Detainee is scheduled for Expiration, various trauma until complete.
5. Starvation- Detainee will go in time... water vitamin supplement to extend the process.
All Export Nations must sign a non-disclosure agreement as well as waive any rights to individuals during their term. All contracts for Incarceration are final and not negotiable. Any scientific or financial gains made during said incarceration are the sole property of Camp V. Information may be shared at the will of Camp V and for the appropriate amount of monetary compensation. Any violation of the agreement between the two nations would constitute an ant of corporate warfare and will be dealt with severely.
