The Black Mesa Accord is a treaty and region for nations who wish to better the lives of their citizens through research.Of course, you could just be a nation wanting better nukes, but I won't ask that kind of awkward question.
The BMA aims to create a group of technologically advanced nations who wish to join together and share the burden of researching more advanced technology. The terms of joining this region are few, and not very restrictive.It is for nations operating from 2005-2020.
THE BLACK MESA ACCORD,2009
Member nations will contribute $10,000,000 to a central fund for research.This is a negotiable figure if your nation is very impoverished.
Member nations must submit 200 soldiers for a central defense force. Troop must be well trained.(note:BM itself cannot do this, as we do not have an army, but lots of security guards.Not very good for military purposes.)
Member nations must share research findings.NON NEGOTIABLE.
Member nations must submit 10 scientists of any discipline EXCEPT HOMEOPATHICS!
