The war had not being going well, all things considered. Military supplies from allied nations where desperately needed; they were not in short supply but the problem was getting them past the unstoppable, at least at this point, Scandavian Naval Blockade. The Coalition needed an entity that could transport their crucial war materiel. If this could not happen, then the war effort would flounder and fail. And that would spell the end of 500 years of Hogsweatian sovereignty.
No, it would not be allowed to happen. In the database of deals, there was one that stood out from the rest. One that would be much more useful for the task in hand; Zeppelin Manufacturers. Immediately, with authorisation, the Trade Commissariat began to write their electronic-mail that would hopefully begin the transactions.

Greetings Esteemed Zeppelin Manufacturers,
The purpose of this message has been portrayed clearly in the subject, however I will go into the neccessary details here. We are in a time of dire need of transfer of war resources, but it is currently impossible to pass the blockade our nation is clouded by. This is the reason we are contacting you; we have heard that Zeppelin Manufacturers is able to transfer light goods quickly, with no questions asked. If you are still interested in this deal, in which we would be paying for transfer and fuel, then please reply as soon as possible.
God Speed,
Stefan Junkovic, Hogsweatian Trade Commissiarat
