The Diplomatic relations office of the Neuvo Rican government today released plans for a new alliegance plan, one which would increase the influence of each and every member state.
Neuvo Rica, seeks to enter an alliegance with a group of large (preferably bill.) nations, that are frequently active. There is planned room for 4 other members besides Neuvo Rica.This nation has recently been at war, which has for the time being stopped.
This alliegance is named the Kicevo Military assistance pact. Every member nation must support a fellow member in time of war. The only reason that a member state can have for not going to war is that it would conflict with the beliefs of the said nation.
