Interested in Some Demolition? (Interest Thread)
Wyrmsvaar

In accordance with it's new Prime Concern, Wyrmsvaar is looking to RP a confrontation. To tackle the problem of the destructive Edge Wavefront, the Collective-Psychomatrix has determined that it will increase the amount of optic computronium orbiting MA-K by five hundred trillion kilograms. Unfortunately, as the MA-K starsystem is entirely incorporated into computronium, citizen preservation, or defense, this mass must be acquired from other systems.
It would be far more interesting of course if the system selected for "Demolition and Reconstruction" is inhabited by a sentient race or happens to be a nature preserve or something rather than barren and useless rocks.
So, if you'd be interested in being a part, or would like information on Wyrmsvaar, let me know.

No takers? None? Eh...
well...I'll be honest with ya, that first paragraph made my brain hurt...But I dont think anyone will willing let you blow up their star system...as a matter of principle, of course.

information would be good, Wyrmsvaar is not in the guidebook
A space tech war? Hmm...sounds interesting.
I'm actually working on designing a space tech fleet right now. Hmm...

Civil Rights/Economy/Political Freedoms: Irrelevant for RP Purposes.
(UN: CR- Rare, EC- Frightening, PF- Outlawed)
Official Long Form: The Collective Anthropomechanical Psychomatrix of Wyrmsvaar
Official Short Form: Wyrmsvaar
Conventional Long Form: Collective-Psychomatrix of Wyrmsvaar
Conventional Short Forn: Wyrmsvaar
Abbriviation: CPM, CPM-W, CPM Wyrmsvaar
Government Type: Collective Mind
Monitary Unit: Credit-Point
Capital City: MA-K Star System Dyson Brain
--Government--
Decentralized - Three Tiers of Responsibility:
High - Minds devoted to preserving the Prime Concern (survival of Wyrmsvaar), issue directives to lower tiers.
Subordinate - Thinking minds devoted to designing and theorizing at the directives of the High Tier. Do not leave the CPM.
Extracollective - Minds who may leave the CPM to direct remote machines (such as resource collectors, demolishers, and military craft) according to the directives of the High Tier.
---Population Demographics---
Generation Division:
First Generation (Not born into CPM)- 12%
Second Generation (Born by artificial insemination into CPM)- 68%
Replicated (Cloned into CPM)- 12%
Fabricated (Artificial Intelligences)- 8%
Male/Female Ratio: 1/1
Average Life Expectancy: Theoretically 400 years (no observed natural deaths since Incorporation)
---Military---
Branches
Demolition - Specialist branch dealing with the elimination of stellar and planetary bodies through a variety of means. Usually used to break up large mass-bodies for resource collection.
Prioirity Threat Elimination - Wyrmsvaari spacefleet. Fleet is composed of robotic warships run by hibernating humans or human-level consciousnesses. Attack vessels divided into missile platforms and command platforms. Missile platforms range from planetary bombardment arrays to smaller fleet-defense torpedo frigates. Command platforms carry with them a berth of "Solutions" or fighters, numbering from 160-320 Solutions, grouped in "Solution Teams" of four. Solutions usually employ Pulsar (Short Pulse Ionic Cannons) as their primary weapons - these can penetrate light armor with ease, though thicker armor may prove a challenge to such a brief impact weapon. For attacking heavier targets, Priority Threat Elimination relies on missile platforms and Heavy Solutions - bomber squadrons comprising about a fourth of all Solution units on a given command platform.
Command Platforms also carry anti-fighter flechette and plasma turrets, as well as anti-capital ship neutron cannons and gravitonic rippers.
For terrestrial attack, PTE avoids direct confrontation, usually relying on deploying infrasonic stations to the surface, which set up pulses beneath human hearing range to induce widespread death or sickness within range of the pulsor station.
---Interstellar Travel---
Uses a form of spacefold travel called routing...
Transportation is instantaneous, but dangerously inaccurate without meticulous calibration. Too close a proximity to gravity fields is highly dangerous to the routing drive, which may overheat and even explode due to excess strain.
To be continued...
