A relatively new region, the velvet underground is sparsely populated perhaps owing to its subterranean loc ation. I, Iggy H. Pop, president of the Rogue State of Iggypopia invite those feeling disenfranchised by their own regions to join us in making this dark (though luxurious in its velvet lining) place that I and two fellow nations call home. Our previously élitist password barrier has been lifted, The Velvet Underground welcomes new countries and actively seeks a varied intake.
