OOC:The unidentified ship does belong to someone, he'll post after me hopefully

At 0-950 hours, a ship came within sensor range of a scout ship owned by the United States of Trekys, a space farring nation, owning 3 planets. The scout ship, known as the TS Ulga (Trekys Ship) started to hail the unidentified ship.

"Unidentifiable Spacecraft, please identify yourself." asked Captian Maltav
The comm was dead, there was no reply.
"Unidentifiable Spacecract, please identify yourself." asked the Captian agian, alittle agitated.
Still, there was no answer.
"Well, I guess they don't wanna answer us. Helmsman, please lay in a course to the ship, and brign us about, we will get up along side them and hail them one last time." ordered the captian.
With the last of the captians words, the LT put the command into action. 15 minutes later, they where right up agianst the ship, and so the captian hailed them agian.

"This is Captian Maltav of the United States of Trekys Space Fleet, bring your ship to a complete stop and prepare to be boarded." Said the captian, about to order the marines to boarding stations.

John Kay bourn sat back in his chair looking over to ops saying “why cant you get a channel open to them ?” , ops looked back at the captain and said “sir I don’t know some things interfering with our communications! . john sighed and said “well .. get it fixed!” , ops taped buttons like mad “were trying to sir!” the galaxy class ship moved along rumbling is impulse engines at ½ there out put moving deeper in to the system

Captian Maltav sat down in his command chair. He didn't know what to do, this massive ship hasn't stopped, and the Captian has yet to give the orders to board the ship...his crew was getting worried, a ship 2 times their size was moing closer to their planet.

"Tactical, lock on to this ship with 3 of our 5 missile tubes on the left side, as well, have the machine gun turrets start firing after the missiles hit, once we make a hole, get close enough to board" Ordered the Captian

"Aye Aye sir" said the LT JG at tactical, as he fired 12 missiles at the ship,and ordered the machine gun turrets to open fire

The galaxy class ship took most of the hits a blew glow enveloped the ship in a bubble shape as it shields were reduced to 80% ,

Kay born said “tactical target them ,fire ventral phaser and aft torpedo tubes disable them don’t destroy them! “ the galaxy class ship broke out of a strait line slowly maneuvering ma crimson orange glow emanated from its saucer and star drive section , a burst of phaser fire rushed towards the enemy ship. Crimson bolts of energy flew out several times from its aft section as well , photon torpedoes screamed in a loud pitch towards the enemy ship along with multiple phaser beam bursts .

Captian Matlav felt the ship jer kto the side

"What happened LT, why have we backed off from the ship?" asked the Captian

"I don't know sir, some forcefeild around thei....SIR, INCOMING!!" Screamed the tactical officer

but it was to late, either the enemy didn't know where everything was, or they did it on purpose, but the Scout Class ship took 3 direct hits to the bridge and 2 direct hits to the engines. The Captian got off a few words in his ditress call, before the entire ship exploded in a firey haze:
"INCOMING HOSTILES, ALL FLEET INCOM...." Screamed the captian as his ship blew up.

First, the outer decks began to push out, then the oxygen was pushed out into space. Then, like a beautiful sunset, the ship exploded, bodies spewed all over the area where the ship once floated and the Captians mangaled body floated, holding onto a picture of his wife and 3 daughters.

Kay bourn sighed and said to helm “get us the hell out of here maxim war towards midway station ,report this disaster to Starfleet” with that his helms men quickly taped a flashing and beeping console taking the ships in to a whoosh , out in to space ,traveling at warp 9..

President Leonard McCoy was sitting at his desk talking to President Michelle Smith of Evanesco....
"So, misses President, i believe that this alliance between our two great space nations will benefit us both, and i'm glad you like the gift i sen..."The President was cut off by a knock at the door, "Yes, yes come in, hurry please, let me take this ma'm"

The aide walked over to President McCoy, and whispered something into his ear. His face became grim.."And you know it was these people, how?" The President Asked

"hrmmm...i see, very well. I'm sorry Michelle, we'll talk agian later. How about dinner at 10, ok? Please follow this aide to ur motorcade, i have work i must attend to" Said that President.

And with that, the two women walked out of the building.

4 Hours later, President McCoy's face popped up on TV's around Rigel III, Rigel II and No'loon II. He had a sad expression on as he began his speech...

"Good people of Trekys, this morning at 9:50 AM, the TS Ulga came into contact with an unknown vessel. Our sensors picked up weapons fire 15 minutes later. I am saddened to say, that the Ulga was lost with all hands and that the ship which did the destruction offered no assitence to any lifepods that may have been there. The ship was found to be a Galaxy-Class vessel, belonging to the Fedral Union. We know this because not oly has inside sources to their goverment confirmed a galaxy class vessel in our space, but we saw their insignia on the vessel as it warped out of the system.

So, as of 2 hours ago, The United States of Trekys offically declares war on the Fedral Union and will fight a war agianst them until we see fit. I thank you all"

With that, the middle-aged man stepped down from the podium and walked to his motorcade.

Nine hours after the speech, at the Ristorante Il Gante

"AH, michelle, nice to see you agian" said McCoy, standing up to pull Michelles seat out for her

Michelle smiled, sat down. "Thanks Leonard," she said, and motioned for her usual glass of iced tea.
The waiter gave her the glass of tea, and she drank some, before starting conversation with McCoy.

McCoy's face was grim, he looked very tired.
Michelle asked, "What's wrong, Leo?"
"We've been attacked by the Federal Union a few hours ago, and our response was the declaration of war on them."
Michelle put her glass down. "What?"
"Yes, it's true," replied McCoy.
"So, I believe that you'll need some help, am I right?

Silence.

"Yes."
"I understand. You have our support. I shall get our forces ready for engagement. We should be ready for initial deployment of forces in a few hours." With a smile, she said, "Don't worry, Leo. We ought to have enough power to stand against them. However, please, let's try going at this with peace in mind. Let's take it up at the earliest possible opportunity."

Rob sat back in the white house chair sighing at the declaration and said “deploy Gamma fleet , and tell congress to vote on a declaration ” , he took a swig of romulan ale he sat back and sighed as shuttles cars and mono rails passed the mansion by the crisp blue sky filled with lively people and happiness, the planet was a literal paradise. Orders were sent from the large orbiting station Star fleet Hq to a fleet of a 180 ships witch was still gathering at the most likely place the enemy was going to attack. It was very tense for the new crewmen but the others were confident ..

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of The Federal union in Congress assembled, That war be and the same is hereby declared to exist between The United States of Trekys and the dependencies(The Federation of Evanesco) thereof, and the United States of The Federal and their territories; and that the President of the United States is hereby authorized to use the whole land and naval force of the United States to carry the same into effect, and to issue to private armed vessels of the United States commissions or letters of marquee and general reprisal, in such form as he shall think proper, and under the seal of the United States, against the vessels, goods, and effects of the government of the said The United States of Trekys and the subjects thereof

Evanesco's Supreme Starship Commander Mike Johnston stood up with a jolt when he heard the report from his officer.
"Only ninety-seven ships? What is this," he asked, incredulously.
"It's the best we could do. The rest of the fleet are too far away to be of any help to us. Even at maximum warp, after what we already have, it'll take the closest ones three weeks to get anywhere near here!"
"I cannot believe this! This can't possibly be enough of a compliment to the Trekian fleet... How much do they have available right now?"
"Unknown, sir."
"Damn it... We are really unprepared... I told her we shouldn't cut back funding THAT much, but 'noooooooo,' eh? Chop up the ship building schedules..." he went on mumbling for minutes until the officer felt he had to interrupt.
"Ahem, sir... So...what do you want to do?"

With a heavy sigh, he replied, "Make sure that the available starships are ready to go, and deploy them at strategic points that could be possible areas of attack, according to this data." He hands the officer the pane.
He looks at the nearest tactical screen. "They're gathering... I want to get President Michelle or President Leonard on the screen, ASAP! If we're allies with them, we need to have communication, damnit! I want that prototype out into the field!”
“We can’t do that, sir.”
“…why the hell not? The preliminary field data looks excellent; I see no reason why we should not use whatever we have!”
“It performs beautifully, sir, but it has not gotten final approval, and its class designation has not been finalized… There still may be unknowns that we have to make surface before we can declare it ready for service!”
“I don’t give a damn; the statistics say it’s pretty much good to go. We only needed one week more before it would get approval and receive its own class, so get it out there! I… declare it the flagship of the fleet, to show you all how much trust I have in this design!”
“Understood, sir. We trust you in your judgment. However, this does go against regulations… if anything happens to her and her crew, you’re in trouble…”
“Michelle and the upper government will see why I need this out…”

An hour later, everyone in the control room stopped their activity and watched the EUSS Noble leave the space dock above… Commander Mike could cut the tension in the room with a knife… a few moments that felt like hours passed by, and the rustle and bustle in the room continued on.

“Why haven’t I heard from either of them?! Get them on the screen!”

The President enters his Trianlge office, and sits in his chair. This is the char that so many other presidents have sat in....Just when he had gotten comfortable, his secretary came in

"Sir, i have the Command of Evenesco's fleet hailing us, they said its urgent and want to speak to you." said the middle-aged woman very fast

"Bah....i just got com..nevermind, patch me through...O, and tell the Fleet Admiral he has a go, he'll no what to do." said the president with a slight grin

As the secretary walked out, a screen popped out of the president desk...he knew it would take a few moments to patch through to evenesco.

Some many miles above the president, in high orbit, Fleet Admiral Kirk recieves his orders from the president, he then sits down in his flagship, the TS Orbital, and begins to give orders to the 70 other mixed classes that he commands.

"Commander, patch me through to the fleet please." ordered the admiral with a stern look on his face
"Aye Aye, sir." replied the commander as he went through with the orders, "Your through"

"Fleet Squad 4, this is Fleet Admiral Kirk. As many of you know, this afternoon, the President declared war on The Fedral Union due to their actions agianst the Olga. Now i know many of you knew the Olga's crew, so when we are fighting the enemy, try to blow them out of space!" said the fleet admiral, "OK men, we are to meet Evenescos fleet at these coordinates in 20 hours, the President is going to talk to Evenesco's military leader shortly. We move out in 2 hours. Thank YOu."

With that, the fleet began to move into a U shape, with the admirals flagship at point.

The Fleet Admiral was becoming worried. He has not seen a single Evenesco ship for the last 2 hours. They had come early, though. They reached their destination a whole 3 hours early, which is a new record for a Trekys Ship. The Fleet Admiral went over his rosters, though, agian. Makign sure that every ship was upto par and ready to fight.

He had 35 Utopia Class Cruisers, 8 Freedom Class Destroyers (including his Flagship), 15 Scout Class ships, 4 Carriers, 5 Marine Class Transports, 2 Star Class Science Vessels, and 1 Science Class Science Vessel.

Yes, this is what he left with. No ship is over 11 years old, which is good and everyone is in tip-top shape. Now, he had another hour before he can really start to worry....

Mean wile another union fleet of at least 20 vessels were forming up on the UST border , there mission was to do hit an run attacks on there supply lines convoys and stations .

Riker sat back in his chair aboard the Excalibur sighing looking at ops and saying :”are we ready to raid the first convoy?”
Ops added ,and briskly said wile tapping on his beeping and blinking console “yes sir “

The ships moved form behind asteroids, a galaxy class , sovereign class ,and Galaxy refit . moved in first they charged up there phaser banks, crimson energy flowed from there saucer section and fired several times towards a couple of convoy ships , again and again phaser arrays fire , photon ,and quantum torpedoes flew out of the ships and homed in on the convoy , the other ships maneuvered and quickly began firing there photon, quantum torpedoes and phasers.

Ships whooshed quickly around starting to twirl around extremely fast over ,under , around they roared firing there phasers and main weapons .

Captian Rash had been worried when they first detected faint energy readings coming from the asteriod belt 20 minutes ago. When that happened, he ordered more ships to come to protect the convoy of civilians coming from another system on vacation. That brought the convoy up to 3 Utopia Class Cruisers and 4 Scout Class Ships, guarding 3 civilian transports, 2 food transports, and 2 weapons transports

When the enemey began to fire, 1 civilian transport ship was blown to bits and two scout ships became disabled, as well as 1 weaposn transports was disabled. His own Utopia Class Cruiser, TS Bernard, had taken two hits but where still a float thanks o the new deflectors installed on all new cruisers and destroyers. He orders all vessels to open fire immediatly, but to concentrate it all on a ship called The Excailbur. 2 Scout ships and the 3 Utopis Cruisers opened fire, releasing a hail of Sideon Missiles towards the odd shaped saucer ship. His ship got off two volleys from their left side, 28 missiles, and every other ship got off one volley before evading incoming torpedos. In all, 58 Sideon missiles where streaming toward the Excailbur. The captian was hoping all would hit, and destroy that blue oval around the ship, and that a few would hit. All he had to do now was wait and fire at the other ships.

The Excalibur’s shields were hit again and again consoles on the bridge exploded people were injured alarms were blaring .

The shields with the pounding were reduced to , 50 % fwd 20 % port , 15 % starboard , 25 % aft 20 % dorsal 10 % ventral , but thankfully only 2 aft arrays were taken out of commission wile 15 ships continued to pound on the convoy , the remaining ships fire upon enemy defenders the Excalibur’s firing its phasers at full power and multiple targets crimson beams of energy rushing out of its reaming arrays , captain riker mean wile on the ship was barking orders he said “all torpedo tubes fire! “. The tubes opened up, rapid fire streams of quantum photon ,and hell fire torpedoes poured out . the Excalibur’s phaser arrays charged up again and again unleashing massive streams of power towards several enemy fleets ( fleet tally now 18 ships) ,3 ships pounded the defender including the galaxy x class Linziunberough , its multi fire arrays charged up and fired powerful streams of phaser fire towards 3 ships torpedoes were also streaming out like an endless stream of blue power.

Captian Rash was gettign worried, his small convoy fleet was gettign punded away. He has lost another civilian transport, and the disabled weapons transport has blown up. He has lost 1 Utopia Class Cruiser, whom his best Friend, Commander McGriff commanded, and another Scout ship has gone up.

"ENSGIN! Contact TM-HQ, and request back-up immeditally." Ordered the Captian, "ALSO, tell the fleet to set up agian to send another few volleys towards that big ass excalibur ship."

"Aye Aye Captian" And with that, the ensign requested help and relayed his orders to the fleet, "Sir, 5 Utopia Class Cruisers are inbound from Rigel 3, ETA is 15 minutes sir"

"Damn, okay. LT FIRE ALL MACHINE GUNS AT WILL AT THOSE LITTLE SHIPS! AND ORDER ALL MISSILE TUBES TO OPEN FIRE!!!!! FIRE our Acheon Missiles" Screamed the Captian.

With that, the two remaining Utopia Class Cruisers fired two volleys of Acheon Missiles. 28 missiles left the missile tubes, and about halfway, each missile separated into 5 smaller missiles. 140 missiles where then streaming towards the Excalibur ship.

The Excalibur was severely damaged .. smaller ships were destroyed leavening only 15 ships left in the riding party , all torpedoes and phaser banks streamed towards the flag ship of the defense fleet powerful crimson beams of energy streamed out of phaser arrays torpedoes flew out from tubes , just before the rest of the missiles hit the damaged Excalibur it hyper warped out along with the rest of the raiding fleet .

Captian Rash could believe his eyes as all the ships that where attacking him streamed lined it out in a blue haze, it would have been a beautiful sight if not for the torpedos streaming towards him. His ship tried to get out of the way, but it was hit by several torpedos and began to turn in space.

"This is Captian Rash....everyone.....Report to your lifeboats, i'm sending out a distress beacon, we'l lbe picked up" ordered the captian

He waited. He was the last to get off, and as he did, he said goodbye to his ship, and walked to the bridge lifeboat. 10 minutes later, the 5 Utopia Class Cruisers arrived, and picked up what few lifeboats remained. As the surviving ships and the pick-up ships where streaming towards Rigel 3, the TS Bernard blew up. Captian Rash weeped.

2 Hours after the attack, on board Trekys Military-HeadQuarters Space Station, Admiral Waterloo was standing inback of a podium, ending his speech...

"And inspite of being out numbered and out matched, the Captian stayed and fought off the offenders. This has been a glourious day for us, as we have won our first battle. But, my apologies go out to those 5000 lives lost on the 2 civilian transport ships lost." said the Admiral, with a grim face on, "But, let us rememeb this day,a s the day we won our first space victory, and it is my honour to not only give Captian Rash the medal for Bravery, but to also congratulate him on making Commodore, He you are Commodore Rash."

With that, Commodore Rash took his medal and his new rank, and bowed as everyone congratulated him, as well as clapping for him.

Orders to the main fleet were sent from star fleet HQ , with in moments ships began hyper warping out and in to the system all 190 ship were formed up as the hyper warped in to formation , several moments passed before the entire fleet was ready . butwhen it was the fleet started to move ,the titan and there group hyper warped in also adding 10 ships to the fleet it moved behind the main fleet as it began its assault defending it from counter attacks .

Commodore Rash watched as the enemies forces massed on the edge of the system, outside of the asteriod feild. The scattered Stations and defense platforms in the field gave us soem warning, but not a lot. He went over the stats and went through his mind what as happened in the last few hours. He was made Commodore, they recieved word from Fleet Admiral Kirk that Evenesco's fleet had not arrived, and the enemy en massed on our doorstep, not to mention that the Admiral ordered him here for something, hopefulyl a new command. There was 45 Utopia Cruisers waiting to be deployed, as well as 20 Freedom Class Destroyers, 20 Scout Class Ships and 10 Marine Class Transports and 2 Carriers.

Just as Commodore Rash went through the stats, the Admiral walked in.

"Admiral, good to see you" said the Commodore, while giving th admiral a crisp salute

"At ease commodore. Its good to see you too." said the admiral, "Do you know why your here son?"

"No sir, i don't, why am i here?" asked the commodore

"well, as you know a secret weapon of our has been in the works, and its done son." said the Admiral, "You are being given Temp Command over the TS Bombers, our new Flagship Class Super Destroyer."

"Wat its armaments sir?" asked the Commodore

"Well, she has 108 machine gun turrets, 68 missile tubes (with both sideon and acheon missiles), 1200 crew, 450 marines, 250 pilots, and 2 hanger bays. As well as 4 long range tactical space nukes" said the admiral, amazed

"wow....and you want ME to command her?" asked the commodore, surprised

"Yes son, i do, you leave in 2 hours with the attack fleet. 45 Utopia Class Cruisers, 20 Freedom class Destroyer, 20 Scout class ships, 10 marine calss transports and 2 carriers." said the admiral, "If you should fail to stop them, let us know, we'll turn on our defense platforms here and recall the Fleet Admiral from his waiting place. As well, the 4th fleet is standing by with 70 ships of our own, i'm commanding that fleet. Son, you are being put in control of the 2nd fleet. The 3rd fleet is protecting our science vessels and the 1st fleet is with the fleet admiral, good luck son"

"Thank You sir." said the Commodore

1 1/2 hours later, the Commodore is on the dimly lit bridge of the TS Bobmers. The commodre is still in awe. She has the top of the line deflector shields and with those nukes, she an unstopable machine.

The titan moved up , its extremely powerful phaser arrays charging up , it fired several phaser shots slicing threw multiple large asteroids with in seconds , other ships also fired clearing a path towards the system .

The commodore saw that the enemy fleet was moving towards them. Their intel was low, but the scientists think there are 160 to 190 ships in the fleet. Agianst his 98. But, he his hoping that the TS Bombers can take out a few, as well as those nukes...

As the 3rd Fleet began to pull out of low orbit around Rigel III, Commodore Rash coudl see the Planetary Defense grid coming to life. He could make out the MAC Guns loading their shells, the Missile Defense Platforms gettign ready to fire their missiles, and, if needed, the planetary nuke network....only able to fire 10 nukes, but their still deadly.

"Commander, patch me through to the fleet, please" asked the Commodore
"Aye Aye sir" said the commander, "Your through"
"This is Commodore Rash To all 97 ships in the 3rd Fleet. We are about to go up agianst a force probably double ours, most definatly stronger, and could probably crush us like bugs." said the Commodore, "But, we have two things they don't. We are fighting for our survival, for the survival of our civilization, and we also have the damn bravest men in the world!"

With that, a chatter of screams and horrays where heard throughout the Fleet Com.
"Sir, Admiral Waterloo on Com" said the Commander
"Patch him through..." said the Commodore, "Hell oadmiral"
"Hello Rash, listen, We have recaleld Fleet Admiral Kirk, he won't be here for another 14-16 hours. And, we have recalled 3rd fleet, along with all science vessels. You'll get another 20 ships (3 Freedom Class Destroyers, 7 Utopia Class Cruisers, 10 Scout ships) in about 1 hour, so good luck son, and win another one for the team. O and bring that multi trillion dollar ship back in one piece" said the admiral, laughingly

"will do sir, Commodore Rash, out" said the Commodore, "LT, hail the enemy fleet."
"No response sir." said the LT
"Well then, Ensign, get me firing locks on their lead ships, tell the rest of the fleet to open fire when in range" ordered the commodore
"Sir, firing locks on" said the ensign

25 minutes later, the 3rd fleet came within firing range. All ships opened fire at the few lead enemy ships. They all fire acheon missiles. 11,040 missiles being fired at the enemy. All carriers let out 50 fighters each, 100 fighters, who fired 2 missiles each. 200 fighter missiles where fired.

Losses :
1 large ship
4 medium ships
8 small ships))

The titan moved up , its extremely powerful phaser arrays charging up , the titan started moving in targeting the flag ship and several other ships . it fired its full forward dorsal and ventral phaser arrays powerful beams of phaser energy poured out in 2 beams , transphasic torpedoes rushed out of its tubes the other ships moved in starting to pummel large capital ships with phaser fire and torpedoes . the space in the system was lighten up by flashes of crimson ,blue and yellow . the titan was maneuvering ,it fired its type XV arrays again this time in a continuous 2 minute burst.
The titan and other ships targeted every ship in the area and began swarming them firing every thing they had , huge amounts of crimson energy bolts and torpedoes flew out of the ships defiant began swarming the flag ship , the titan firing its main beam guns at full power then firing its phaser arrays and rapid fire torpedoes , wile the other ships whooshed around and headed for other targets firing every thing they had at several other ships, the other part of the fleet broke off and was trying to out flank the enemy fleet pouring fire with every thing they had in to the enemy fleet. Mean wile the titan was contagiously barging the flag ship and 2 other ships with weapons fire , its escorts were firing torpedoes in huge streams supplementing the titans phaser fire . anti matter emitters began flaring anti matter packs all over the enemy fleet , 2 shadow classes began rushing enemy ships firing there Interphasic beam cannons at full power.

Mean wile the ships began firing there phasers at enemy fighters and bombers , the titan launched its X- squad and the Tipitz and Bregoinded lunched all there aircraft , matching the enemy fighter force vampires , Viper mk 4 and mk 2,s F-128’s all rushed towards the enemy fighters lobbing every thing they had whooshing around .


On the lead viper :

Commander Hamilton “I got enemy ships in site blue squad moving to intercept “
His fighter rushed towards and enemy squadron firing his rapid fire pulse cannons at several fighters along with 2 missiles,
L.t wrath “sir I hope this fight will be over soon my GF is expecting me home “

Commodore Rash was about to bark more orders, when he noticed a lot of fire streaming towards his ship...
"HOLY HELL..."screamed the commodore, "EVASIVE MANUEAVERS! Get out to the right as fast u can, fire left side thrusters, as your doing that, fire everythign we have at that titan....not the nukes....not ye...what the hell, hail Commander Grafs ship immidatly"

"Aye Aye sir" screamed the LT,"On Screen"
"Commander, what the hell are you doing?" asked the Commodore, alittle agiated
"Sir....my ship....shes barly still in one piece." said the Commander sadily,"I'm going to ram the titan, at full speed, maybe i can do some..."
Then, the comm ended.
On the outside, in space, u can hear the warning sirens from the TS Bombers, the Titans fire was getting closer, and nothing could be done. Then, out of know where, a Utopia Class Cruiser dropped in front of the TS Bombers, and took the every hit the Titan dished out, she blew up shortly after.

"MY GOD....I knew that captian." stated the commodore..."DAMNIT, to many good men are dying....Ensign, lock two tactical space nukes on that big ass ship thats firing at us, the minute after the Commanders ship rams it, fire both, also, tell the Marine Class Transports to start boarding this vessel here. This um.....Galaxy Class ship, her shields are offline. Also, get me firing locks on these ships here, fire 5 volleys of sideon missiles, thats 220 missiles. 120 from the left side and 100 from the forward. Also, tell all Freedom Class Destroyers to take on these ships here and here, and have the Utopia Cruisers fire here, here, and here. "AYE AYE SIR!" screamed the ensign as he began to hit button after button. within minutes, the commodores orders sprang to life.

"Sir, incoming transmission from Admiral Waterloo" said the LT
"Patch him through son" said the commodore
"Well well, Rash, looks like u'll be admiral if u survive this fight..haha.." luaghed the admiral, "Son, try not to lose to many ships, the 3rd fleet is here, i'm sending her ships here and here, also all the freedom class destroyers that the 3rd fleet has will attack what seems to be their flagship. And, i have a surprise for you. One of our movers has taken it upon himself to get a bunch of his buddies and move a MAC Gun to ur position, she should start firing right about....now, there look"

The commodore looks out of his bridge view window and notices this big shell flying towards one of the enemy ships, he then turns back towards the admiral

"Thank You sir, we'll do our best, out" said the commodore

On Board the TS Fly-by, Carrier Class Ship
"Hehe, we've just been ordered to take on incoming fighters, what do we say to that men?" asked Captian Josh

"We say, 'WE WANT A HARDER ASSIGNMENT SIR!'" Screamed his officers

"Well, this is hard, good luck men" said the captian

With that, 55 fighters came flyign out of the fighters bay, 5 where destroyed the minute they left, but 50 got by and began to help the 80 that where left out of the 100. As they started this, bombers where let out and made their way to the closest ship, it looked small, but it was not in comparision to their fighters.

the titan loaded its transphasic torpedoes ,it started firing a volley of 8 at the enemy flag ship the vipers started attacking other enemy fighters , the entire reminding fleet swarmed all ships in the area ,phaser fire torpedoes and anti matter poured out of every federal ship in the area . the titan opened up its main phaser cannons at full power and fired at the enemy flag ship . with that constant streams fire poured out of every ship that the union had in the area . transphasic and phased plasma torpedoes were among those streaming out.

The commodore was gettign worried, he'd just lost 4 Utopia Class Cruisers and two Freedom Class Destroyers. His own ship is damaged slightly and 2 out of the 10 marine class transports where destroyed, luckily they began to send out their troop transports, as well as beginnign to ram. The Utopia Class Cruiser that was ramming that "titan" ship was gettign damaged, but still going. He had fighter supiorority though, and was hoping he'd win that one little fight.

"LT, fire everthing we've got at the "Titan" class ships," screamed the commodore, " EVERYTHING!!!!!!!!!"

The Flagship Class Super-Destroyer fired as many volleys as it could of acheon missiles at this "titan", they got of 8 volleys this time before moving to avoid damage. 352 missiles got out of the Forward and left missile tubes. Half way to the titan, only 300 where stil lgoing, but the 300 left broke into their 5 distinct missiles, making it 1500 missiles streaming towards the enemy. The remainign ships all got out a mixure of 3 volleys, to 12 volleys before moving and some where destroyed while firing.

All the ships pushed forward defiant whooshing behinds there pulse phasers and quantum torpedoes blaring,
The titan moved over to the enemy flag ship at full speed , all its forward arrays and cannons fired simultaneously Huge amounts of phaser poured in one enormous burst flew out of the ship the path finder started firing its twin heavy phaser cannons as well towards the ramming enemy ship and multiple capital ships and marine transports, a volley of 4 transphasic torpedoes flew out of the path finder as its weapons poured out enormous fire power , other ships now moved in and began firing every thing they had vipers whooshed in and start firing at enemy fighters , photon torpedoes flew out of all ship tubes , then bursts of quantum torpedoes all targeting reactor cores and bridges of enemy ships . the titan fired massive barrages of torpedo’s , 20 torpedo’s a second were rushing out of its tubes (all 10 ) .

The Commodore thought he saw the end comign so many times. He thought for sure, that this "Titan" would destroy them, but, as if God didn't want him to die, 5 ships Lighted into the area. All where Freedom Class Destroyes, one of them unluckily lighted right in front of the TS Bobmers, and was damaged, holes could be seen through out it.
"Sir, Captian Johnson hailing us, patching it through" said the LT
"We thought u could use some help commodore, i see i already lost one ship thanks to this titan, lets finish her off." Laughed the captian
"Where'd you come from Captian, i mean, thanks for the help, i'm ordering all ships to open fire on this "titan", no matter where they are" said the commodore
"We just came in late with 3 science vessels, their Light Drive broke down, we had to two them...haha, ok rgr, we have the coords, good luck" said the captian.

At that moment, every ship opened fire on the Titan, about 10 ships where destroyed while doing this, but every ship got off more then 7 volleys of missiles a piece, over 10,000 missiles went streaming towards the Titan. A few friendlies got caught by the missiles and hwere damaged or destroyed, but a good 90% made it through towards it.

The titan immediately bought its point system online several holographic images of the titan appeared with the same signatures just then . the titan also deployed its ablative amour. It moved towards the enemy flag ship again along with the pathfinder , and galaxy , they opened up there massive arrays the titan and path finder fired there main phaser cannons and torpedo tubes massive volleys of torpedo fire flew out of all 3 ships tubes , the titan was damaged slightly ,as its massive beams of phaser fire homed in on the enemy ship , the other ships continued firing torpedoes and phasers at several other capital ships , defiant , akira classes , and other ships whooshed around all of the capital ships literally thousands upon thousands of photon quantum and plasma torpedoes were pouring out of every ship, phasers contuiously poured out from them as well .

The commodore was awed at what he had just seen. One ship become several....He loved to have their tech, but he slapped himself back into reality. They where out matched now for sure, so he decided to give the order...
"Patch me through to Admiral Waterloo LT" said the Commodore
"Ayre sir, patchign through" said the LT

"Whats wrong son."asked the admiral
"Admiral, i'm being forced to make this decision, we have to retreat back to Rigel III. I've seen what our MAC Guns can do to these ships, and if they see it to, may retreat and call it a truce" said the Commodore grimly
"Smart move son."said the admiral,"in about 2 hours, Fleet Admiral Kirk will be here with 1st fleet, then we'll win, for now, Light-Jump back home, leave the wounded ships, tell them to broadcast surrender on all frequencies. When you get here, my Fleet and your fleet will combine. Also, son, i've been informed, by the President himself, that when this day is over, u'll be a Admiral, congrats boy." said that Admiral

"Thank You sir" The commodore then add,"LT, tell the wounded ships to broadcast a surrender plea on all channels, as for the others, tell them to Jump-Light it back to Rigel III, we are gonna be using the MAC Guns for cover, that one station that was brought over here had to of taken out atleast 3 by itself"

"Aye Aye sir" said the LT, 'All ships reporting ready sir, on your mark"
"Ensign, get us the hell out of here, i want my damned promotion haha" said the commodore with a laugh

With that, the remained of the fleet Jump-Lighted it back to Rigel III. In all, out of the 119 ships that came to the aide of 3rd fleet, only about 85 are jmping back home. About 8 are left dead in the water, and there are many scattered Life-Boat beacons being detected, it was a hard Desicion, but the commodore knew he made the right one.

Admiral riker aboard the titan mean wile was sitting back in his chair red alert blaring some smoke flying around the brige , consoles silently beeping. Ops said to riker “sir there surrendering and retreating! , there are life pods and dead ships scattered around sir ..” , riker smiled a bit his other officers clapped for him loudly , he sighed and said respond to there message saying the union is horrified buy this mis under standing and our surrender terms nothing but a full alliance , and trade agreement , ohh and start having the fleet to beam back survivors, patch them up “ . with that people from the life boats and dead ships ere beamed aboard the federal ships the fleet moved towards rigel III there shields and weapons down but the titans shields were still up . riker opened up a comm. to the planet , and said “ the United states , has accepted your surrender the only thing we ask is for you to be our allies , and to have a trade agreement , also we wish to put a trading post in your system, we will pay over 60 million to compensate for loss of civilian life”

The Commodore had come back out of Jump-Light only to hear the terms of our surrender, he didn't think we where the ones surrenedering, only our dead ships....i guess this would be ebst for all...
