Belgium has gone under a horrific attack which was totally unprovked. Pratoneia has attacked and ocupied this power with no reason behind it. I call for assistance from members of the UN willing to help a small nation in its time of need.

Thank you for pointing this out. My nation can be counted upon to take refugees and to supply humantarian aid to other nations that will accept refugees. This we can begin immediately.

As for a political response, I'll need to confer with the Council of Mayors.

OOC Perhaps I should have made it clearer but I want people to help me fight Pratonia. This is clearly unprovoked and unessecary.
