The Exile (closed)

A life boat sped through the void, the ship not even topping ten metres in lenght, it's surface smooth with layer upon layer of ice caked around the entirity of it's hull. Slowly gravity gripped the ship pulling her towards the orb of devil's fire, or more precisely a small planet orbiting the celestial body.

The moniter flicked to life as data began scrolling down the screen, what colons and scratch marks looked to man was an entire alphabet to a Kzinti. Three loud whining beeps echoed throughout the ship, Exile stirred slowly in his cott, he growled loudly as he turned facing the wall which turned into a whimper, into a muffled sobs.

The console beeped again convincing Exile to get up. His limbs resisted his orders to move, and they ached sorely when he stretched in a feline fashion, the pink of tongue curling in his gaping mouth exposing razor sharp fangs. A swift thump on the console board aburptly ended the third sequence of beeps. He sat down on the crash couch, not bothering to buckle himself in.

"a planet h'rrr" he paused as the data continued to scroll down the screen "A new home..far, far from the patriarch, far from my dead honor." He set in a new course, directly to the planet.

Hours passed before the life boat began its suicide dive through the atmosphere of the planet, flames melting the thick crust of ice that had formed around the Exile's ship. The ground came into view through the flames as the Grav polarizers whined and moaned as the ship slowed, not quite enough it seemed as the tiny life boat plowed into the ground with a clap of thunder engulfing the surround area. it was hours before Exile regained consciousness his entire body ached and protested as he lifted himself from the ground and carried himself out of the ship and only a few metres away before he finally gave into his body's demands, whispering to himself one word before the darkness consumed him again - "home"

When the Exile comes to, he finds himself lying on a soft matt on the floor of a round wooden lodge, otherwise empty. An Agdari female, dressed in the usual leathers and looking to be in mid-adolescence sits quietly on the ground, watching him. She speaks in her native tongue. "Hello, Cat God. Do you require assistance?"

Exile stirred slowly his head pounded as he raised it towards the mysterious voice. all he saw was a blurr slowly focusing in of the woman before him.

"h'rr" he blinked as he looked around the room his vision. then... it all came into focus, his hearing returned to him in crisp detail as he flung himself to the nearest corner his fur bottled up and his claws extended out.

He began speaking in Hero's Tongue demanding to know where he is as he stared at the woman like a predator watches his prey. he stopped for a moment calming himself down, his fur and stance visably changing into a less agressive appearence never taking his eye off of her.

"where am I?" he spoke slowly and in heavily accented english, which was probably as hard to understand as when he spoke in Hero's tongue. he waited for an answer watching this women before him.

The woman, her name was Sipok, though he had no way to know this, fell to one knee before him, believing him a god. She did not, it should be noted, do this as prey or slave might be expected to. There is no trace of fear in her demeanor but only simple confidence. The gesture is given freely and proudly, if ignorantly, a hunter and warrior giving obeisance to her "god." "I do not understand your speech, Cat God."
