NationStates operates on the principle of Free-Form RolePlay. You can use whatever weapons technology you want. Whether others accept it is another matter.
I do not believe this to be a case for Moderation. You may, however, want to look over the stickies in the "NationStates" and "International Incidents" forums, in particular the Godmodding (http://forums2.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=367578) sticky in International Incidents.
I recommend that this thread be moved to "NationStates".
