Any party nations out there who'd rather outwit (but only if *absolutely* necessary) than outbrawn other nations? Any nations with a sense of humor and an appreciation for nap times and loafing around?

Well, my nation has a tendency to fail miserably in the wit department - it makes for funny posts though. Brawn = Ew. But that's the general view of anyone who likes character rp anyway.
Resquide has an official MYOB policy in which they categorically refuse to take sides and request that other do the same for them. The government (loosely based on an Australian government only without a queen) is somewhat disorganised and... well, I'd refer you to my embassy page, complete with plumbers strikes, but I've lost the link.

Well, my nation no longer has any military capabilities, and sence of humor is a must. :cool:

I can verify Resquide's account of him, her, itself, though don't believe the bit abt wit. He, she, it is, very. You'll find a fair few oddities propping up the Strangers' Bar at the UN -- do drop in. Findhorn's own delegate, Brother Timothy, is young, shy and human, but a lot of others aren't.
