All throughout Zarbia City, citizens young and old have been making a great effort to beautify their city. Unsupported by the government these civilians have organized themselves into separate groups, handling various assignments such as raking leaves, planting trees and plants, and disposing of garbage. At first local police were alarmed by the number of people on the streets but were later relaxed when informed of the project. Although the government refuses to spend any money on the environment or beautification projects, they encourage more of these types of events to take place as long as the law is obeyed.
