||Re: Cancellation of membership, with immediate effect. ||

In my official capacity as Overseer Aengelis, appointed and duly authorised by the Council of the Aengelistorium Dominica to speak and in turn receive for the people of Kaenei, I hereby announce the withdrawl of the Serene^Union from the KIST organisation, to have immediate effect.

Debate has raged for many months as to the true benefit to our lands as a result of this treaty. We have made no decision with haste, but carefully examined all facts at our disposal, and arrived at the conclusion that it lies in the greatest interests of our populace that we disconnect. Lacking the traditional business practices of more liberal Nations, and scarcely having ever indulged in the trading practices others would consider basic to survival, we see little benefit in continuing to expend resources where logic dictates we cease.

At the confirmed transmission of this datastream, the Serene^Union of Kaenei will cease to participate and be considered a member of the Knootoss International Stabilisation Treaty.

Those for which the honour and burden of leadership fall have spoken, their decision final, as one.

[Official Iuthian Responce from Iuthia's KIST Representative]

While we are sorry to see our allies leave the Knootian International Stabilation Treaty at this period of time, we have looked into their reasoning and feel that it's fully understandable that the Serene^Union of Kaenei wishes to withdraw from this economic treaty.

We would like to wish them the best of luck otherwise and we'll continue to respect their wishes.

Thanks,
