Another one of his many nicotine-induced neuroses sated, he eases back into his red velvet chair stuffed with bald eagle down, lights another Chancellor Treasurer (http://www.ipcvision.com/page05/lux-cig-01.htm) cigarette--marketed as the most expensive in the world and thus the only cigarette good enough for Il Sultano--and begins humming the latter tune to himself.
