The Everon Islands

Okay so I need a historical RP about the creation of my country. It would take place in 1944.
The Everon Islands are located off the coast of Corsica. In 1940 the Italian Army and a division of the German Fallischrimjager landed and took over the Islands of Everon Malden and Messina. This year would be 1944 and the Royal Army and the Free French army are on thier way to take back the Islands.
Timeline
1939: Island is fortified by the 42nd Inf Division (FR) and the 13th Amd DIV (BRIT)
September 1940: The battle of France has ended but the Everon Islands are still under allied control. The Italians lead the attack on the Island of Malden. The 42nd holds an Army Base on a small island to the South West of Malden, to counter act this the Germans land paratroopers on the Base. The 42nd Retreats to Messina Island. The Italians follow. The Battle of Lipany occurs and the 42nd holds of the Italians long enough to retreat to Everon. By now the British 13th meets the Italians for the first time at St. Peter. The British held off the Italians for weeks.
October 1940: The british 13th is routed by air attacks. The remaining troops retreated to Montiagnac for a battle for the Capital. The Battle lasts for 10 days and the Capital falls. The remaining troops held the Airfield to the north for 20 days.
November 1940:The Battleship HMS Queen Victoria rescues the Allied troops. Of the 5,000 that occupied the islands Only 150 were rescued.
January 1943: Italian Presence on the island was reduced to a single Infantry Division
May 1944: The British 4th ABN and the Free French 2nd ABN lands and takes the Airport. Soon the No.824 FAA sqn lands at the field to support the Invasion. In 4 days the British push back the Italians to the Island of Malden. The Royal Navy sends 4 crusiers and a carrier to assist in cutting off the island.
June 1944: The Allies prepare to attack Malden but the Invasion is cancelled because the Italians surrendered.
