Attention all Latinos (yes, i realize the Latinos are in the minority): South America needs more nations. As a Latino, it is your duty, nay, your OBLIGATION to join in the improvement of South American welfare. The people of Bushlia as well as of the other two nations of South America are looking for new nations that will not de-stabilize the region as a whole and will cooperate in fighting for eachothers' welfare. That is all, just need some Latin nations.
