OOC:How many nations would be interested in a Black Jack match?
This would be managed in a region through the major posting board, and through telegrams. I would deal out cards, and telegram the hands to the players. Score would be kept in neutral currency and exchange rates could be worked out later. Who would be interested in a match sometime?
