A shuttle containing Lafiel and Jinto was headed down to the planet in the Hyde System. The battle had been stopped with a cease fire and Jinto was going down to his home planet to ensure that his home would remain peaceful for as long as possible. He so dispised seeing his home the place of a battlefield.

They shuttle landed outside the palace of Martine and they exited heading for the conference hall. Jinto and Lafiel were both dressed in their dignatary robes looking like a high prince and princess. They entered in the conference hall, hand-in-hand, and spotted Teal at a table.

Jinto:"Teal! I'm glad to see you are alright."

Teal:"Yes. How many will be attending this conference?"

Jinto:"I don't know but there are reports of some leaving the system and others staying for the conference. It will be interesting to see what comes from all this."

Teal:"Indeed." He turned to Lafiel, "Your highness, it is always good to see you again." He bowed.

Lafiel:"Thank you. It seems that our encounters have not always been under the most favorable cicumstances."

Teal:"I agree but let's not reminice about the past. We have our work cut out for us."

They turned and seated them selves up on the dias at the head of the table with Jinto in the middle, Lafiel at the right, and Teal on his left. Waiting was always the worse part of these things.

The Sleek Black shuttle burned its way through the atmosphere, the sky darkened at its presence, the birds took flight, they felt and knew evil, in all its forms.

The wind stopped its slight breeze as the ship landed, it carried but one, but it was large enough to carry many men, the ramp made its travel to the surface, clunking as it touched the landing pad.

The clunking continued, but now it was a Shivan, its great 7 Foot form making its way out of its craft

Its name, for it had to have one now, was Al'Han'kes, and it would speak, for now.

It somehow, through stooping, and raising, appropriately, made its way into the room where the Abh awaited.

It sent out one telepathic message from its complex brain, then awaited a response.

"I Am Al'Han'kes, I will speak, for however long is necessary"

The three of them looked at each other. Not quite sure what to make of the strange creature. Lafiel leaned over to Jinto, "This is your conference so go ahead." She smiled to herself.

Jinto:"Greetings. I am Count Jinto Lynn Sune Rok Hyde. I am glad that you have decided to come to this meeting. I would like to discuss keeping peace in this region and between our two empires and if possible, forging an alliance between us. We can also set up trade agreements and everything else if you are willing."

The Expression of the creature did not change in any-way, if it could of. It continued to look at them, as a response formulated in their heads, of course, such a crisp and clear textured thought, not one of their own.

"Peace, Not Beneficial, Trade, not neccessary, but attainable, Alliance, for those who are worthy, Count Jinto Lynn Sune Rok Hyde"

Jinto heard the message in his mind but it took time for it to register. He wasn't quite to happy with what he was hearing. Lafiel could see something was wrong by the look on his face, "What's wrong?"
Jinto quickly dismissed it, "Nothing." Lafiel didn't by it.

Jinto turned back to the creature,"So who is worthy then, Al'Han'kes?"

Teal looked over to him,"Worthy of what Jinto?" But Jinto wasn't going to say anything.

"Those who can be more than they are" Was all he said.

Mean wile 7 ships warped in to the system 1 the UFS galaxy (galaxy class ) 2 quasar classes 1 ambassador class and 2 Arkia classes , and the flag ship of the union the enterprise – F newly refitted its forward dorsal and ventral phaser cannons shined in the star light of space its aft cannons poked out of the heavily armored back .. there were 4 cannons .. making a total of 82 complete weapons on the ship it was a bit bigger and it also had 2 rotary rapid fire torpedo / phaser turrent’s attached to a pod on the neck (were a phaser bank usually is its just a pod attached there for the mission its removable ).

Mean wile the ships slowly glided towards the station rob sat back on his chair on the bridge of the behemoth ship saying to his ops officer “let them know ill be beaming strait in to the conference room ..” the ops officer nodded and said “right away Mr. president “

With that rob quickly clanked and shuffled over to a turbo lift arriving at the transporter room in a timely fashion .. he nodded to the quarter man as the quarter man energized … in the conference room rob and 2 guards shimmer in there blue particles being re build in mere second . rob shook himself off saying “phew that was fun :P “

"Those who can be more than they are" Was all he said.

Jinto thought it over for awhile, "I'm afraid that I don't understand. Could you please explain?"
Just then an armed guard rushed in and handed Teal a message. He read it then crumbled up the paper in his fist. Teal gave Lafiel a look of pure disgust.
Lafiel:"What is it Teal?"

Teal:"It appears that the commander of the main enemy force has arrived to the conference."

Lafiel:"It seems this conference is going to get interesing."

"Nevermind, Abh, let us move on in matter's, before this other.. person makes my senses more erratic than they are" He replied, telepathically, with a hint of distaste.

Jinto started to get frustrated, "It seems that you really have no need for peace, trade, and I'm not so sure that you want our alliance. What is it that you do desire to make this conference worth our time?"

"Your Alliance may be beneficial, Trade is of no use to us, but as said, we will trade with you if you need it." He Replied, in perfect calm.

Jinto rubbed the bridge of his nose. He was starting to get a headache from the telepathy. He sighed, "Trade is not needed for us either. If you do wish to form an alliance with us, what would be your terms."

Lafiel:"Is everything going well with the ambassador?"

Jinto:"I don't know but I hope everything comes out alright in the end" he whispered quietly.

"You may first state your terms" He communicated back

Jinto hoped he was getting somewhere, "Since trade is not need for you, then I propose a military alliance and map out our territories so an incident like this doens't happen again."

Jinto turned to the ambassador of the Federal Union, "Do you have anything to add?"

Rob wile taping on a padd , looked u p slightly and said hmm “ohh no , well maybe that we have an open border treaty witch would help both of us .. “

Jinto thought about the proposal of an open border for a moment. "I will agree to it under this condition. All military bases along the borders of all who agree to this alliance are to be a coalition of both forces. This way no one can invade each other without the other knowing in advance. Agreed?"

Rob conferred with one of his advisors near him , then looked back and said “that’s agreeable, we should also begin trade negations.. if you don’t have a problem with it “

Jinto looked to his two companions then nodded his head. "If you have anything written out for the terms of trade then please hand it to Lafiel or Teal so I may continue negotiations with the ambassador from Arenumberg."
